kickstarter is mostly like a preorder site. I donated but I see the average donation was like $45 or something. I didn't donate the average but I wanted to help Tim launch this puppy. I was expecting to see many smaller donations but it appears people "donate" with the intention of getting a copy of the product. I'm glad Murder Bunnies is launching, congrats Tim.

Thanks for the tips Tim and once again congrats on getting funded! 👏I've been having plans to setup a Kickstarter for my project that's been in development. I have a little ways to go on it all before i can set it up, but not too far. I absolutely cannot wait to announce this one!

Another tip is find another alternative kickstarter sites. don't put too much exposures. Let private backers pick name for your video game. Too much exposure is very risky business. you need to fire the best employees for releasing too much details of the game. Share information to blogger, private forum, etc.

read the kickstarter terms and conditions. when people give you money, they aren't buying anything. they are literally donating money to you. there has been accounts where the creator just ran away with the money and there is nothing donators can do about it.
