My chat box is permanently turned off in solo shuffle. It's literally just awful to read what some people say about me. I'm a 1900 resto shaman and I get verbally abused every single lobby I heal. If I do well, people whisper me and say so. Otherwise, everyone can just get lost and leave me alone. I'm so done with horrendous drunk-person attitudes.
I play dps, but ive gone back and forth from dps to healing and I can 100% say if someone is raging no one is safe. Noone and nothing is off limits. Best to just keep chat disabled when in queue. Ill admit I give in sometimes too. But no more
3 things i knew earlier in wow . 1 rating / mnr system is garbage . 2 game is full boosters and carries . 3 playerbase is full of idiots think there achievments mean anything in a video game making the game sweaty hardcore
ok so blissard needs to inflate mmr, why am I as a casual player facing you with Ayepal and Cgsy at 2,350mmr.. You play this game 24/7 and I maybe 5 hours a week.
I remember one time at 2.1k cr in SS there was a war at like 196 cr full green in the game, the game lasted like 10 sec because he always was los the healer
yeah that too but imagine multi r1 (even blizzcon as we see) queueing vs you at 2,3-2,4mmr or sometimes even below... And some of them even play with voice xD. @@jay69495
Remove pillars, remove leaving combat in arena, remove healers fom being able to q arena, put a flag to cap in the center of the open pillarless arena, and remove all dmg immunity spells, and add cooldowns to all cc,the first man to crit wins, fuck wow pvp
Most of this stuff is stupid, removing pillars means melees will be slapped up by casters like mages and locks and will die instantly, Removing healers to queue is insanity as well taking out a multitude of specs and would likely ruin the state of pvp more than it already has. A flag cap seems fun but would be the same melees dying to casters if the melee are trying to get cap they would just be slowed by casters or can be the other way round with rogues doing their burst the comps would have to be balanced to make it fair for a flag cap mode. All damage immunity spells getting removed is just beyond silly, rounds would last 10-30 seconds maximum and provide no fun whatsoever or much of a challenge. Adding cooldowns to cc technically already exists with DR but I can understand multi-cycloning by druids. Also first man to crit would take at least 2 seconds if you rushed in making the mode pointless and most of pvp pointless. However I can agree with people that try to alt+f4 or leave instance as this does ruin the games and can potentially be making you lose rating which I myself have encountered more times than i'd like to admit.
hey guess what buddy,in another mmo,Guild wars 2,arena is 5v5 healer and tanks specs DONT EXIST. Inside arenas are circles on the ground, you win by capping the circle, you can ress your downed teammates, and you also respawn at start if you bleed out while downed, since noone can tank, and noone can heal(there are healing spells but average Cooldown is 20sec),the winner is the team that wipes all 5 players fast and then holds the cap,go outside your 20y old wow box sometimes,OH yea and stealth abilities make you stop capping, and immunity to dmg spells make you stop capping LOL @@EdgeyStyle
I think its mostly that pvp is balanced for and mainly focuses on 3v3 arenas, which have become super stale. I think most people (new and casuals) that engage with pvp probably do so through bgs for which the game balance feels horrible for tanks, dps, and healers. Tanks are super squishy (50% more dmg taken), Healers have to sit in infinite cc, DPS have to spend 30 mins doing raid boss rotation on healers because no dampening means healers are unkillable gods, even though the healer's dps are all dead because the healer sat in the the longest cc chain.
@@williamharrington3595 According to Wowhead, 9% of all of their profiles have earned the achievement Combatant I: Dragonflight Season 1. That means of all the WOW player base, only 9% of players hit 1000 rating... and if you do rated pvp at all, you will atleast hit 1000 rated. All this to say that one could estimate that only 10% of active player base queues into rated pvp. I'd say that's pretty dead.
