I have a question about the tires you use on your tractors. I assume you use radial tires for all of your tractors. Do you just keep your radial tires filled with air? Or do you put radial tubes in and load them?
Great video Nick I have the same rear inverted Blower 82 inch Normand it has a hardox edge on it , should I put a polyurethane edge on it till I get the hang of it ?
hey Nick , always good videos. How many customers I would need to pay off my first tractor.?let say a 4066R. working for someone, my first year, but love it so much i waana start in that business next year. thanks for your time.
@@nickbohner9261 True! the pricing is mind bugling around here. the company i work for charge 300+tax and a new guy charge 200 to get the clients signing in. I was thinking to charge by linear footing of the driveway. Let say 12$ by foot. what are your toughts on that. thanks again for your advices. Vince
@@dobmaster Assuming you’re in mtl? The only reason I’d protest that price structure is added complexity. I’m a big fan of simplicity in marketing. Nobody’s going to want to measure their driveway and it’s going to delay your quoting / sales process.
I suspect that with 2300 accounts you're spread out over an area that's big enough to experience varied amounts of snowfall due to banding or elevation. I would think that any leader worth their weight would err in favor of providing service rather than not during those storms that fit into the gray area of service. Not sure how your contract or billing works, but it's always better to get it done and deal with complaints about "unnecessary services" that could be credited or not billed, rather than having customers questioning your business's ability to be professional. BTW, I'm subscribed with full alerts and I'm getting nothing. I just stumbled upon this video by chance.
Why do they call it snow removal when you just push the snow from one place to another ? Real snow removal is clearing the residential driveway and then load the snow into a dump truck to be hauled away. That is snow removal.
