The "urban myth" does not kill you the 3rd time. (Must have level 8 of mischieve) It's kinda random, but if you get the scare moodlet from it and do it once more when the moodlet still active, you'll die. Also, the ghost in that cabin is just a 2D animation and we can't do any interaction with it and it will not harm us. It's just a decoration. No need to be careful.
@@antisocialal4799idk theyve done stuff like this before with greg and the pet cemetery so I feel like they did this out of choice? Idk maybe I have too much confidence in EA 😅
These are all super cool! I knew the first one and I knew about the option on the second but i didn't know it could cause death! Another thing i like about this pack is if your teen sims are doing well in school they can graduate early!! My teen sim got his grade up to an A and the same day i got the option for him to graduate early. I took it because he has 3 younger siblings, 1 child and 2 twin toddlers, and both his parents work full time jobs that I'm trying to max them in, so it's helpful to have him home to help with the toddlers! The one thing that's not great though is when you get that it says they can join the work force early, but its still only the teen/part time jobs they can get, so they can't make as much money. But it's still a really cool feature!
They don’t actually look like usual ghost sims, they look more like silhouettes so i think it makes sense to not be able to interact with them They themselves don’t even look functional
@@seoyeonpark469 I think you’re giving EA an out for this one. It’s obvious they were just too lazy to actually make anything playable. It’s all just ‘ooo, aaaaa, look at the pretty colors and shiny objects!’ Boring! Also, it makes no sense to make ghosts a real thing and then make this thing saying that it’s not real…..
@@TheBeautyWithTheMark Neighbourhood "Copperdale". Look at the map of Copperdale. On the left is "Prescott Square". When you drag the cursor of the mouse more to the right, right at the border between land and water, somewhere there you can see a rundown old little house (it is not on a typical lot). But your sim can reach this abandoned house, your Sim can stand in front of it.
It's in Copperdale. You have to locate Prescott Square, once there start on a lot closest to the right that’s overlooking the river. Move your cursor around until you see the cabin at the top. Sorry, it's kind of difficult to explain.
Its kind in between the school and the 1 bedroom house close to the water if that makes sense its not somewhere where you can travel to so you will have to travel somewhere else and make your sim walk there
@@_Jaelfr. I get some teens do do it sometimes, but just because some do doesn't mean we need to make it happen in games or even acknowledge it here 😭
High school literally messes up my game and when I tried to get a refund EA refused so I had to have my bank list it as a faulty purchase because it literally was smh this was one of the packs I actually was anticipating because it expands the teen life stage 😩
I really like it Hattie! Better on sale though. The school itself is not amazing but the world and things it adds are really cool, great Build and CAS 😁
Agreed. It depends on what gameplay you focus more on, or do both, up to you! They're both pretty useful packs imo. :) While I think Growing Together is good for family gameplay, I find High School Years pairs really well with the University pack, it feels more consistent when after graduating HS your teens can apply for Uni. Also, you can get your HS diploma online, however that could be included in the base game, not sure.
@@Olivia-md9qi thank you:) I've heard discover university can be a bit overwhelming which is why i though more high school years but I'll look more into that:))
Does anyone feel weird making teenage sims woohoo? It just kind of makes me uncomfortable, I’ve only ever had a teen sim do it once because I was shocked it was an option. It just feels weird as an adult to make my sims do that but I’m also only 19
Yeah it feels a bit weird for me too and for that I've never done it😂 but if you think about it, it's the time when most people experience sexuality so I think it's just normality😊
Teen sims can only "mess around" and I always took that as just touchy making out which is something MOST teenagers do. It would have been kind of unrealistic to not have it as an option, especially when teens in the Sims are obviously supposed to be 17-18 (they look it)
@@heythisanimalcantalk Yeah as an 18 year old I think it's pretty realistic and I think that touchy making out is what they really are implying with that. If I remember correctly teen sims keep their current clothes on if you make them mess around in a double bed, unlike young adult+ sims who change into their pyjamas. Although the game does count it as woohooing if you look at their stats.
