I always get told I’m dropping my back shoulder or “golfing” or many other things with my mechanics, and I try telling myself to forget about mechanics but I keep thinking about it. Thanks for the tips man you’re great at what you do I always come to this channel whenever I feel I’m struggling.
Hey coach I’m struggling with fear of the ball. I’m trying to make JV this year and a lot of people my age throw real fast and hard. I haven’t been hit to hard yet, but I don’t feel fully comfortable when the ball is flying towards me. Any tips?

Hey man, loves these videos! I was born in America, and have been playing baseball since I was 4. I live in London now, and there is a lot less baseball here. I am now training really really hard, but there isn’t much to do, not many batting cages, or even baseballs. Maybe you could make a video to help with this? Keep the vids up man!

Been watching your videos probably since June, great tips. A suggestion......i try to get my 10 year old to watch and he has for some but he gets bored not seeing the grest advice "not played out", for instance watching you 1/2 swing at the ball on a tee. I think the younger crowd would like to see some actual results. Whether it be actually fielding the ball, or hitting a pitch or off the tee.
I personally hit the ball to early and always hit the ball to left field. I’m really good against fast pitchers but I’m really bad against slow pitchers or an off speed pitch. I also often swing at bad pitches and crowd the plate unconsciously.
Bryan Rhodes I’m a catcher and me and my dad went out in the yard and he would throw me balls hard and I would block them and after about a month of doing that it made me feel comfortable and wasn’t scared of blocking

I'm 12 and i sawing the bat a little too late most of the time I'm at bat, but i even scoot back of the batters box and chocked up on the bat and none of them help that much
I overthink I’m the batters box and I always strike for the first two . When it comes to the third strike I just overthink and do very bad. Also my hand eye coordination sucks
I use a 2 tee drill for that issue. one tee representing contact, a second tee with a soft-toss ball on it at good extended position, and make sure they follow through at the shoulder. eyes should still be on the point of contact when they finish.
I played little league baseball for 2 years, then stopped because I had interest in soccer. 2 years after my final game (which was 20% of a game, due to a thunderstorm) I didn't play for two years. Today, exactly two years later after my last game, I went outside with my dad and played baseball. Two years later. First pitch, strike. Second pitch, pop up. Third pitch, hits it high and way out. Beginners luck?
