Actually not true he talks all the time about how he doesn't deserve her and how he's aware of his short comings. He made a show with netflix that she was a "co star" in and they showed their aknowledgement of how poor the situation has got and how they are actively working to better it. He tried to say she's not mad because he could read that the room would be mad at her unfairly which would worsen the situation.

Those 15 minutes Bert was on the Bobby Lee episode were the best minutes I’ve ever seen of Bert. He was cool, funny, didn’t ruin the jokes, didn’t brag, he went with the flow and spoke only when he had something good to add to the show. I wish he were like that more

I remember when this happened with Bert and I was so happy when he finally left because he wasn't even supposed to be part of it in the first place. He showed up to show off. He could do more push-ups than somebody from the bucket and I don't remember if Tony invited him or if he just became part of the table all of a sudden.
Ric Flair actually puked as soon as he got backstage. He was hammered and didn’t want to puke in front of everyone. He had been sober for around 8 months at the time, ended up falling off the wagon after drinking with Tony and the crew. He didn’t even have that much to drink. He hadn’t eaten since early that morning, coupled with the low tolerance…made a bad situation. That’s what nobody talks about. There was A LOT more to this.
