Hang up abandoned Bald Face Hornet Nest in area you want to stop Yellow Jacket nesting. Its easy to make Mock Paper Nests. This works extremely well. Good luck! Jonathan Guske.
Never use Pesticides! Learn to live with all Stinging insects. Simply placing an old abandoned Bald Faced Hornets Nest near areas you want to keep free of Yellow Jackets works. Eaves, play areas, picnic tables. Find an old Hornst Nest innthe Winter, be sure its frozen out & all are dead. Be careful with it as paper nests are fragile. Use fishing string to hang it.
