Sir I have an keen interest in game development. so i am confused that should i focus on programming or visuals. i know a little bit of c++ and i have also used unreal engine 4 for game development.I also know how to create 3d models.Back In the last summer holidays i have created an environment using my own 3d models. So sir should i focus on visuals or Programming. Because In ue4 you develop game using blueprints. So is am wasting my time learning programming Or i should lean both.

Java and Java script are completely different. You can do it directly. But if you want to do Java script, then first learn html, then css which combine to be front-end and JavaScript after those two which will make backend. Combining these 3, you can do create web document at a professional level.
