Just wanted to drop in again to say that I'm finishing my first Pentel oil pastel drawing, and the result is better than I thought it could be for a first! Keeping in mind my general inexperience with oil pastels (let alone these harder oil pastels like Pentel) and "skill issues", I kept in mind your advice from this video and it helped me navigate this new medium with more ease and less insecurity as a newbie! Once again, thank you for inspiring me to start this in the first place, but also for helping me start learning to use Pentel 💛 i'm a certified follower of this channel now ahaha~

Hi, thanks a lot and nice to meet you too🥰 Sennelier is a little expensive here but I do have plans to buy them, I'm trying to gain more experience in oil pastels and then buy sennelier or gallery pastels. Thank you for recommending I appreciate it.💖

@@kiccoaartzz you're welcome 🙂. Gallery seems to be a good brand and there are less pricey. I am in France, so I can access easily to french brands sales. When young I did a study which rendered as well as a copy of a still life of Matisse , the one which is called " still life with oranges" , I did it with Sennelier pastels.

Thats so nice, and yes gallery pastels have a good quality too. I also painted some copys of matisse's artwork in university and they are good for learning.🤗💓
