"solid ice"..... well yes, I would hope so, ice is indeed the solid form of water. If only 90% of your ice is solid, I hate to tell you, but 10% of it isn't ice, it's water ;) 100% of the ice is solid, you just have an inefficient POS machine that spits out water :D
