simpler is easier i am still learning sampler but sampler is more detailed so i desire to learn sampler because of how powerfull it is

simpler. cos i learned it from ned rush to make those ultracrazy breakbeats with an arpp and maybe a random tool infront. and it goes straight into the push 1 for some even more crazy fingerdrummin :D :D

Hi Stranjah, love your work. This is not really related to this particular video, but any chance you can do something on LTJ Bukem's track 'Music'. One of my all time favourites and how he does the drums seems to be one reason I love it so much. The build up and from 6 minutes to the end still make my spine tingle. Amazing stuff.

@@KH_1 Yeh KH, I went back and listened to that video. I was just being a bit selfish, just how it all builds, and from around 6:20 until the break and how it fades out shortly aftering breaking, is amazing. I think it's the high hats in it that really make it. It's just a song I think deserves a breakdown of why it's so ace.

The beat option would only work if it knew what tempo the break was at. Region would work better for equal spacing due to it looking at the length of the file without taking tempo into consideration.

You could just use your midi controller or mouse to tap the tempo out.

Easy Stranjah, I was following the steps on this video n I was wondering where I can get hold of or instructions to create the Stranjah slicing preset from? I’m guessing it’s in the project file you posted but I’m running ableton 9 so unfortunately I’m unable to open it. Is it possible to create it on 9 with the macros u used?

Jungle Warfare is another pack that has copyright material in it. It was actually a commercial pack at one time. I don't think you can actually buy it anymore, but it's out there on the high seas.
