That shit made me legit tear up putting myself in that little girls shoes it just put things into perspective really that some children are given such harsh situations and have to be stronger than many adults that haven't even had to deal with anything like that.

@@ejayemike6541 Exactly that. It’s so unfair, their lives are just beginning to know all that pain and face death. I can’t imagine her parents pain aswell. So, so heartbreaking.

It's ok, it's fake. First the writer says they want to protect the house swap owner's identity in case they still had the house listed. But then turns out dude is the bad guy?? Nah why would they hold back dude's name. Totally changed their mind midway through the story.

So true, LIFE IS A HARDSHIP FOR SO MANY PEOPLE, people we dont hear about, LIFE CAN REALLY DEAL U A CRAPPY HAND, but the old saying you play the cards your dealt.Except for maybe the fact that the husband n wife were truly in love , lived nicely, that means little when u are dealt a illness to a young child.People out there when you have a happy n healthy family.YOU HAVE EVERYTHING.....

There's no way that was the reason behind his actions. Firstly, she found his offer to switch homes on Craigslist, & there's no way he could have anticipated a sick little girl with pain killer's was going to take him up on his offer. Secondly, even though her illness was terminal, there's only so many narcotics a child could digest & still be able to get through a normal day, for example day's at the beach. A junkie with enough of a habit that they would perpetrate this whole scheme would likely need way more pills to support his habit than what that little girl could have provided a little at a time. Thirdly, he owned a home near the beach, meaning he likely had enough $ to support such a habit if such a habit was present in his life. Also, considering the mother stated several times how her daughter was her only focus she would have noticed any missing pills likely immediately. That man created the whole scenario because he was a creep & got pleasure based on the power dynamic he possessed living amongst these people unknown & while they were at their peak vulnerability level, especially as they slept. If I had to guess he had hidden cameras around the house that he was able to view from his hiding spot & was maybe waiting for his best opportunity to strike, but with the mother's light sleeping & him getting caught he never got his chance, or maybe he just got off on watching them & being there but invisible, but the junkie scenario doesn't seem to hold any water in my opinion, but interesting thought nonetheless.

I think it's fake. Writer points out protecting the man's identity in case they still have the place listed but then turns out to be the bad guy?? Good bit of creative writing minus forgetting the small detail midway through

@@dcon1891 I’m pretty sure it was fake too. You’d never want to protect someone like that. There were also a few things in the story that sounded false or implausible.
