While in Indonesia, when you say Rojak, most people only refers to one dish. Made of many variety of fruit, and the sauce made from cane sugar, chili, tamarine. Some version added with shrimp paste, and ground peanuts. There is one special Rojak Cingur from Surabaya of East Java, made from vegetables and boiled cows nose past called as Cingur.

Indian rojak...has to be Ayer Rajah Food centre. Imo, best indian rojak stalls are there. Yup, quite a few great stalls serving that. Got malay rojak there also.
