3 Upgrades for the Kaabo Wolf Warrior.

I fixed the latching mechanism bolts by using a generous ammount of blue loctite, and by generously greasing the bolt heads. So far so good, if they come loose I will try using some red loctite. Make sure you do not get grease anywhere you want the loctite to hold

Brilliant video 😎 I have a new wolf warrior X pro arriving tomorrow I'll do the bolt thing lol I'm thinking of fitting a thumb throttle, I've never used a trigger throttle, i got a feeling it's going to make my hand ache , Is it possible to change the throttle?

Get a longer bolt and put it all the thrue if possible

Just be careful using stainless, as it’s a common misconception that stainless is harder then steel. Ideally you would have hardened steel fasteners which would be significantly stronger then stainless.

Your breaks are fine? On my Wolf the front stop on a dime and the back break drags a bit. Makes it scary to stop fast.

i think the zero 11x is beter only thing u need to upgrade are the clamps to thicker ones and ur done replace any screws that are getting rusted put some thread locker on new screws and ur done

Question Ginger I have the same problem with the locking mechanism with my wolf what can I do before I return it I have the death wobble on the wolf how did the latch pin upgrade work for and the two sides screws

I see you chose to use stainless steel screws...why not go with GRADE 8 BOLTS?

Hey man, I would go as far as to say this is NOT exclusive to the wolf, for the most part, this could be done to all folding mechs with inferior bolts :) I know that the locking pins should stretch over time too due to being the same quality ;) (edit) lol I’ve really got to watch whole videos by commenting, but I miss too much if I don’t do it the whole time lol, noticed you actually resolved this issue with the hoop bolt) Last thing I ever want to touch on, but will, is metal mixing, it’s a 7070 Aluminum frame v a stainless 404/303?(don’t remember stainless numbers anymore for some reason). Any issues you could foresee with that and solutions? Perhaps silicon coating or going with better aluminium bolts? Locktite on the inside of the shim should be okay, as long as it doesn’t get on the outside, pre-lubricating the shim with any grease or even silicon spray WITH YOUR FINGER NOT THE CAN (you have that on hand usually and actually introduced it to me) the outer surface before inserting it to ensure prime operation And if anyone’s looking to waterproof a hot at motor the red rtv compound (gasket goop) made by locktite that is rated for 400 degrees c is perfect for controllers too, not just the head or tappet cover over a petrol/Diesel engine);) (Edit 10000000) I’ll be adding that front guard to the Gtr v2 when it shows up, I’ll end up getting a bunch of matting before it shows up, maybe even checkerplate Aluminum if I can find off its at the hardware for free again :3

That’s not a shim on that bolt it’s a bushing, should of dapped a little grease on the threads where the bushing rides and loctite on the very end of bolt.

Just purchased my first Wolf Warrior with4 miles on it fromthe showroom floor. Have you ran into steering column wobble/play? I've made adjustments per the FluidFreeRides video and I still have unsafe wobble.

Just dont fold it. Stick it in the trunk upright hold it in with blanket and bungy or get 1 bolt that fits all the way through and put locking nut on one side but leaving enough for the slight spin.

Hi Ginger. Are you still planning to publish a review on the WW11+? There are actually other sellers in the USA that sells the Kaabo WW11. I didnt' know that until very, very recently. Kreo is one of them. kreomotors.com/product/kaabo-wolf-warrior-11/ was FluidFreeRides pushing back on you with respect to the screw kit, or was Kaabo in China/Philippines pushing you? Do you still recommend getting the WW11 from FFR or are you done with them?
