- Ingredients:
500 grams of chicken breast (2 units).
A teaspoon of salt.
A teaspoon of paprika.
A teaspoon of garlic powder.
Three tablespoons of cornstarch.
Half a teaspoon of pepper.
For the batters:
Egg.
Seeds to taste (sunflower, white sesame, black sesame, chia and flax).
Wheat flour.
Three tablespoons of skim milk.
A tablespoon of mustard.
Extra fine oats or breadcrumbs.
Half a teaspoon of salt.
Unsweetened corn flakes or flakes.
