Awesome video! One of the reason's I love plant-based meals is because they are so affordable!! I think I'm going to make your greek salad tonight for dinner! yum!
I really appreciate that you mentioned it's important to figure out what diet and lifestyle works for YOU! I think that a lot of vegans are so passionate about their choices that they sometimes forget that it is a choice. I am not vegan because a vegan diet does not work for me personally, but I love your videos and your sunny personality and I incorporate your recipes into my daily routine. You make it seem easy to make quick, affordable plant based options!
Olga! This was such an awesome collaboration. I cannot wait to try that Chana Masala! What a delicious recipe. Thank you for sharing and for your wonderful energy!
I hate when people say: "I don't have enough money to go vegan" (while drinking coffee and smoking cigarette). I'm vegan for only 2 weeks now and I love it!!!
+Amelie Erdbeer she never said that people should quit smoking. But if they spend money on cigarettes which is way more expensive than vegetables, they should not complain
You and Alyssia have such different energies, haha - that clip of her absolutely startled me! She seems like a fun person :) This was a great video, too. Thank you for the recipes!
So glad you guys are enjoying our collab so far! I'm just reading through the comments right now and you know what? You are like really, really nice hehe 🙊Thanks for making today a much warmer and brighter day for me! "Hey, Olga. Where did the cheese come from? I thought it was a vegan video. " Hahahahaha I'll be going now... 😂😂😂
Hi Olga. we eat a lot of cheekpeaks at home because it is affordable and packed with protein. but the same thing used to happen to me about digestion. so after trial and error I developed a system to predigest the cheekpeas. so wash them. leave them soaking in water with apple cider vinegar overnight. then the next morning wash it and re soak again until you cook them in the preassure cooker for 35 minutes or until soft. the skin needs to come off by itself that tells you the cheekpeas are done for you to eat and not have any problems. you can add lemon while eating them as well and olive oil. check it out let me know how it works for you. love jo
Hi. Canned goods have lots of sodium and it has many chemicals and preservatives so no I would not recommend it. When soaking the chickpeas or any legumes add a tea spoon of baking soda to the water this helps subside the butane producing chemicals in the tummy to subside gas and bloating. If you have any pain after you eat legumes you have to notify your doctor to check your gall bladder. Hope this helps :-)
I looooove your lunch videos, I'm in school for baking and pastry arts and I bring a packed lunch everyday because if I didn't I would scarf down EVERYTHING I make at school! 😂 thanks for the beautiful healthy recipes!
You are definitely my new favourite food channel! I'm obsessed with every dish!! It's also a bonus for me that you don't use seeds/nuts in every dish, because i'm allergic to almost all seeds&nuts!
The white bean and kale soup has become a personal favorite, I make this year round and it goes great with garlic bread. I'm not a vegan, but I love the flavor of this soup! Really enjoyed this recipe, thanks.
omg i made the greek salad and it came out super delicious and thats that i dont even like olives or cucumbers and now i love them because of this recipe thank you olga for sharing these not only amazing but healthy recipes with us! 😊
these look so good. I am going to have to try them next week when I go back to the grocery store. I only go to the grocery store once a week. thank you
Hi Olga! Don't know if you've already tried this, but I used to not be able to digest chickpeas well, but then I found this cool trick that really works for me, I thought I'd share it with you. You have to do chickpeas at home, but since you can frozen portions, it becomes convenient. You soak chickpeas over night (with water covering them) with a slice of Kombu algae in the water as well. The next day, you cook the chickpeas with fresh water and the slice of soaked algae, cook them until they are the consistency you like (add salt about 15 minutes before the end of the cooking). I have never had another problem in digesting chickpeas again, and I do my hummus with them as well, yum :)
I wanted to say that when I saw the soup in this video I knew I needed to make it. So yesterday I went out and bought the ingredients which came out to surprisingly less money then I thought it would. So I made the soup and WOW it was amazing!! It will last me 2 meals as well! Loved this :)
OMG! I love it!!! I was just working on my personal budget for 2016 and this helps a lot! I am transitioning to vegetarian. These recipes really watered my mouth. They make me feel how easy is to eat healthy food and being a vegetarian. THANK YOU SO MUCH OLGA! I WISH YOU THE BEST FOR 2016 ; )

Just found your channel and I absolutely LOVE it!! I decided to give it a try to veganism and I´m doing great so far and now that I have found your channel I´m even more motivated. :)
I am so happy I found your channel! I instantly subscribed after watching your easy vegan snacks video. This one ^^ is very helpful and I am excited to try each recipe you mentioned here. Usually vegan/vegetarian recipes are complex and require a ton of ingredients but you make it easy!
I'm not even vegan but I've been trying out a lot more plant based foods and the Chana Masala looks like heaven especially because I'm a huge chickpea fan... can't wait to try it!
Thanks for your great videos. I'm new to your channel, but am looking forward to making some of your recipes. I appreciate how clear your info and instructions are. Thanks!
Love all these recipes and I already tried Bean kale soup and it was sooo good. Instead of using kale I just used spinach and I don't use celery. Next time I'm going to try the other 2 recipes.
Hey, I just want to give a tip for flavouring the salad. I come from Bulgaria and Greece is our southern neighbour. We add the seasonings (and vinegar) before adding the oil to the salad. If you first add the oil or mix it with the seasonings it would create a film around the veggies and the seasonings won't give their full flavour to them.
I've got an internship in an office were everyone is vegan, and I'm looking for lunch ideas, that I can take with me and that don't take super long to make. The chickpea masalla will definitely make the list, that looks divine. Thank you!
