An elbow was used to keep the potato in place while he cut it... ummmmmmm... then no gloves while stuffing the steak.. I'm sure that's a sanitation issue... then the amount of butter used but lack of seasoning.. slicing the potatoes while in aluminum foil (let's think about the fragments 😕) sigh but I continue to watch 😢😮

Escoffier laughs at this crap. A total waste of butter, a total waste of cheese, there is no way those bones even got to 165f, making food like the s is how to get shit canned on day one in any professional kitchen. This is basically what happ ns when the chef quits and puts the dishwasher in charge.
