I've been riding motorcycles most of my life, and I haven't found a game that can do the real thing (street or dirt) any justice, unlikely sim racing games which can be realistic. I really wonder if it's just impossible to do, or if the technology is just too far behind.
I cannot understand how any developer, haven´t thought of using the tracking of the position of the controllers, to use them as handlebars, in VR it will be perfect to control a motorcycle, no need for a special controller like a wheel to control cars.
@@capolean2902 That could be cool, I'll check it out. I still just can't imagine the complexity of an actual sim for bikes when riding is equally as much about shifting your weight around/ balance as it is about mechanical inputs. Cars are 100% mechanical input (gas, gear, wheel). Like how do you decide when a low-side, tank slapper, or loop out should happen without weight distribution, then how do you simulate it? (Kick the bike out from under you? Rip you off of it? lol) Also the G forces seem too different for any motion system (that I can conceive of) to actually convey, just for dragging a knee. I played some arcade game where the bike would lean, it was fun but not realistic. Also, there are those "wheelie practice" machines that they take to MC shows- You strap your bike to it, kinda like a portable Dyno, I hear they're close enough to actually help develop real skills.

Hello! If you still wonder, I recommend "project third eye" no, it's not free anymore, but it has multiple motorcycles, and it's like bonelab, you can fly planes and everything! Definetly recommend
As a serious rider. I’m surprised that VR motorcycles aren’t as popular as I wish they would be. I would love a moto gp or just a highway/curvy roads free ride game that has great bike physics. Maybe I can finally pop wheelies without the fear of dropping my bike lol. Anyways, absolutely amazing video dude. I’ve subbed ❤
Moto x is an amazing game now that multiplayer, there is tons of tracks, proper weight distribution, different bike sizes, and a polished game experience, I would recommend it to everyone with a headset
I really liked MotoX,at first i got a lil sick but once i got to get used to it,it was so fun and i liked it cus i like the experience and playing single player all to myself
Thank you, this exact video or a list like this is something I've been searching for for a while now! I was kinda surprised to learn that there weren't really any popular motorcycle vr games when I started looking for them.
I know the video is old by now, but dude you completely missed out MX Bikes and GP Bikes. Actual bike sims with VR support. Try that if you want to throw up on your keyboard while doing massive freeride jumps.
I mean really to me the problem is that they just don't actually handle like motorbikes. As somebody who's been riding for like ten years or more, it just feels off. Road bikes function best through counter-steering, and that's just a hard thing to explain to non-riders without experiencing it, as well as (I assume) obnoxiously difficult to present in VR controls.
For those that didn't get motox because of thr limits would like to let you know that motox now had more bikes more tracks and is under development for multi-player
u mentioned you dont have a PC? what do you use to cut your videos on then? And if i get a bit of a beefy one u gotta try DCS VR, its just on an entirely new level
Great video, only good games and straight forward while entertaining. I think it'd be awesome if you did a video like this about car games cause I can't find any good ones.
gee if only there were quest 2 driving games in vr that has multiplayer and npcs and single player and all sorts for free and there was a video made about it... 😏😏😏
you should review one of the saints and sinners games! ive played through both of them 3 different headsets, and the gameplay has been nothing but good.
Wait wow ur almost at 30k when i post this comment last time i checked this channel it had around 3k i think, idk if im right bc i have goldfish memory.
