I'm mostly a police player, but from my experience, loosing cops, even with heli on, on public or tier servers, seems pretty easy. Most cops can't keep up when you do too much turns or use wierd shortcuts (my favourite way to loose them is going thru underground garage, most cops can't keep up for some reason). Also going same way several times so that police would see the pattern and try to follow it, then you just do unexpected turn might work pretty well. Once, when I was doing circles around that island I would say in main park in city, near food truck area, cop decided that he is done with following the pattern and decided to cross thru middle, he got stuck. Another time, doing same thing in same place, cop was following me, then I did turn to right and he crashed into tree. It can ofc depend on police officer skill, but in most cases, for me, more turns - better, open, long road for criminal activities might seem like good thing, but Imo it's quite the opposite and open long road is more your enemy. Be unpredictable, it really works mostly.
Also there’s cops that camp around the stealable cars like me In public servers I always like to camp around then becuase there honestly nothing really to do Yes yes I’m a idoit But I got 2 arrests from it
You rob a store, go somewhere to hide, you think your good so you go grab a snack, you come back thinking you have the money and no stars, look at your screen and see yourself in a cell with your orange jumpsuit

Ur a type of guy like me... I played only cop from start, and im sucks when i became a criminal. And u know they can just one tap and eject, or arrtest it so. I'd rather making those guys days bad to being one, chillin in my undercover corvette 😅

You said that stolen cars are not immune to tyres being popped, so does that mean they are also not immune to car damage? And if so can I go repair it in the mod shop?
For method three, I one time was in a chase and crashed my car, causing me to have to foot bail. The officer pursuing me came to me in his car, I simply got in his (and for some reason) he thought I respawned, so before he noticed I jumped out by another car which was a DOT car, got in and he never found me.
Method 4: drive like you’re drunk. What I mean is that you should go supaspeed at all times, take the most unexpected turns and make questionable decisions. You could drive off the cliff at industrial park, get the cops and possibly yourself stuck. And if your in a public server, hide out in Springfield, nobody goes there.

Quick thing about the house tip at 9:02 while yes you can loose wanted levels a cop with the swat gamepass can and probably will kick your door in. I know I look for houses on the BOLOs so just some food for thought don't hide in the one spot any cop can see you have access to.
Never really encountered a grappler as criminal as I practically never play criminal, however the one flaw to hiding in a house you own is SWAT can raid, as soon as the ram hits any door the door’s glass will shatter allowing police to swarm in, and the last time I raided a house the helicopter had the suspect pinned in his house hovering above with the spot light.

To be honest, a cop was chasing me and I was dodging his grappler many time and breaking it's ankles, I was using a Crown Vic also lol, after that the cop was so mad at me😂

Another method to avoid the grappler is to ride in a government vehicle (any vehicle on the non civilian teams) because they cannot be damaged, have their tires popped (this and the former don't apply to the police), be game mechanic PIT maneuvered, or grappled
