I know I’m late to seeing this video but I’m hoping to get an answer. What is the brand of polishing cloth you’re using? It looks perfect for me but I don’t know the brand.

You would have to be careful not to touch the stone. Dirt can get into opal and rubbing over the stone would cause dirt to damage the stone. One of the best ways to clean opal and other soft stones is to use only the most mild soaps, and not a whole lot, warm water and then a micro fibre cloth to gently polish your piece. The best thing to do is gently wipe your opal, or other soft stones, with a microfibre cloth after each use and put it away in jewelry box or case.
