I love the use of the book and quill in order to stay organized and focused in a world. Keeping a book of long term goals, as well as coordinates for structures or biomes of interest is an absolute must in my opinion
I need to get into the habit of using a Book & Quill for a to-do list - I'm always forgetting my plans, or little tasks needing to be done. Branch mining is my preferred method, and watching this, I'm ready to get back to Minecraft when vacation is over (another week). Great content Blu!
I like how you include pictures of the various crafting recipes. You didn't look warm and cozy in your leather armour, more like you had been rolling around with your pigs.😂
You are much more sentimental than me. I would have already have a diamond pickaxe and no keepsakes. LOL. I do love branch mining. The spider at the end LOL
You sound like you're having fun! I love going to the mountains for iron & branch mining for the rest of the y0 and above stuff. You can save inventory space on those longer mining sessions by crafting raw ores into raw ore blocks with a crafting table.
I also love to branch mine but only for redstone/diamonds. Iron is too easy to get on exposed mountains and then you build an iron farm so it makes branching for iron obsolete with the new updates
I'm obviously super late to the whole series, but I love that you're "guide"ing again! Will watch through and catch up when I can. Life's been crazy and cutting RU-vid for a season one of the necessities. Glad to see some of my faves are still producing awesome content!
I usually do my first mining in the caves, cuz there's a few mob drops I want early on, plus strip mining has initial resource cost (torches, picks etc). Once I'm stable on the basics and have a food stockpile, I'll build a branch mine
Always love your focus to stay at task for the episode theme and not jump ahead (like no mention of a hopper under the composter). Curios when you will get to trees (4x4 giants) and building a shelter (house). I will just have to keep watching and find out! Keep up the excellent streams! (Been watching you since TB)
Thanks for sticking around since TB DAYS!!! That's awesome! And yes, really focusing hard on not jumping to quickly ahead, and taking people through the natural progression of the game.
I am definitely a branch miner. At least until I get a full set of iron armor, tools, sword and shield and a water bucket. I love the idea of using the book and quill to write all of your notes in. It makes so much sense! You could also journal some key experiences or thoughts, write a to-do list... OMG I love it!
i wish diamonds paid off like lapis does with fortune 3. we love to branch mine. especially in the nether for ancient debris, aka netherite. thanks for the video. back to my mine.
Fun fact: Potatoes increase the compost level by one 65% of the time. But baked potatoes give you an 85% chance. So if you have the ability to bake them first before composting them, that's definitely the move to make!
Blu, is giving us all this content at once not going to mess up with the algorithm once you go down in episode numbers per week? Love the videos though 😍
Unfortunately, the every other day content has come to an end. :) Now that I've released everything I had pre-recorded, we just release when videos are done. So - Episode 4 SOOON!!!! :)
Thanks! I'm not giving out the seed just yet. Will give it out later on in the season. Don't want to spoil too much of the terrain yet. My build location after the starter village is TOP SECRET! :)
If you could add a spawner to the game what would it be? For me it would be ender mite spawners in the end city's to fill them out a bit, plus flying endermites when they get hit by shulkers would be horrific 😅
There are a couple different styles that work in bedrock. But a general mob farm typically gives similar rates of gun powder as well as all of the other drops
I have a Creeper Only farm from Bedrock Guide Season 1, that works pretty well. But as @danielwise5998 has already said - a general mob farm will give similar rates, and additional drops. Not super worth the effort to go Creeper Only unless you just want to, and are up for the challenge.
Since I’m on episode three now, I’ve saved all three videos and once I get to the next ones I’ll save every single one and watch all of them while playing Minecraft since it’s my first time
Thank you I’ve already gone through it. I haven’t beaten the game or anything but I died. I lost all my items I tried to go back down into the cave where I lost all my items I got killed by an Enderman I lost even more items I got so mad I didn’t want to play anymore, because I made so much progress I had a diamond pickaxe
@@XxzemexXI know how it feels to lose all the items in my inventory. I'm currently playing on a realm someone started a few days ago and someone betrayed the group and hit me off a cliff! My advice is to keep trying once you're calm, and one day, you'll have better gear than ever before!
Bears dude! Is it me or there way more Polar Bears in the mountains than there used to be? Considering how hard it can be to spot baby bears (which triggers their hostility) they make for a considerable threat
First 8 iron of a new world I usually dedicate to a bucket, pickaxe, possibly flint & steel and a SHIELD!!! 😂 Here you are in full magnetic drip (save a hoe) and no shield 😅 Love seeing difference preference & style choices 😊
Why is health regen so much slower on bedrock, for the future parity updates they need to make the health regen faster it’s my biggest pet peeve with bedrock edition, otherwise I love the bedrock version
