Modeling the proper vibe and principles to make them easier to copy and apply, and the delicious eye candy scattered through them makes them very enjoyable as well as reminding us of the top end kind of girl that can be the exciting and possible goal for which we want to be aiming. As opposed to just settling for something less. I live in a remote area and just don't see that many of these types and so I need to be able to take best advantage of such opportunities when they occur. Yes, the successful interaction reenforces your new (true) belief that you can and do attract beautiful women. Being attractive to women becomes part of who you are, not something you have to try to do. It just begins to naturally happen. Hi Phil - great to hear of your progress leveling up as a man! It only gets better from where you are now. Regarding your ex: You would need to complete Step 3 first. That is essential, especially if she is seeing someone else and you are long distance. In a case like that, she will only be interested (and truly open) to meeting up (i.e. you going to see her in the meantime) if you've done a good job of Step 3. Long distance ex back situations are more challenging, but it can be done if you can get to a meet up and then use the attraction & reconciliation techniques.
