Want to know how you can get two-factor authentication code to verify your identity on iPhone? In this video we will show you two ways to get two-factor verification codes on iPhone.
For better security, two-factor authentication is very important. Whenever you sign-in with your Apple ID on a new device or browser you have to enter this Apple ID verification Code on it to confirm your identity.

When they show account details unavailable and get verification code does it mean that two factor authentication is on

i have iphone 11 and i reset my phone so i went to login to my Apple id and it asks for a 2 factor authenfication and that the code is sent to my phone number and i don't have another phone that i share the Apple id with so i don't know where the code is sent to so where should i find it?

Hi redwarriorXYT RU-vid, You have to activate the sim card, to get the two factor authentication code in your number. If you don't have any way to get the number, you can set us your iPhone without signing in to Apple ID then, Sign in from settings, and you will be able to access the code from your number.

Hi gloria coetzee, You can get the code, via SMS or call in your trusted phone number.

Hello mam, I forget my phone passcode so i reset my phone. But now i remember the apple id but not password. So i went to a shop.they applied a new apple id recovery through the Computer and then gave 12 days for the verification code.during the 12 days,there was a code. Now after this code came, i did not enter the code. So please tell me how to enter that verification code😢

Hi Refined lock, You would need to know the number to verify your identity. You can change your Trusted number but, for that also, you will need to know the old Phone number.

At beginning I made my account through my old number Then I changed the number I also updated the number on my apple account But still I don’t know why the two factor authentication code goes to old number? I also checked my number on settings and it’s the new one but I’m not getting the code in it This happens to me while I’m trying to update my apps It will b helpful if u solve it 🖤

Hi Mohammed Jassu, You need to delete the old number from the Apple ID, it should fix the issue.
