It depends on your lifestyle if you work in dirty dusty environments or if you have a very active lifestyle and workout yes you need to clean your beard but if not 1-2 c per week is good for the wash and co-wash 3-5x per week! Co washing is using your conditioner in the shower as normal without the wash

Fah real though this product is dope my beard is actually still moisturized from last night I believe you nailed it for coarse and curly beard I’m ready for it. Just bought your bundle. I’m going to cut out the minoxidil and go natural. I’m having a hard time with connection but I’ve been cutting and cutting so I’m going to not cut my beard for a while. I workout everyday so I doubt that’s the issue but we’ll see how it goes.
