I love you already , I m in the usa and you are absolutely very generous to educate us on the topics. I have been looking for this due to doors falling slammed down my head causing head, cervical, thoracic and affected muscles spasms pain for two years ( lost so much ) thank you so much ❤. I ll watch as much as I can and hopefully I can find a way to keep on surviving.

Hello there , I do not know how to explain this but whenever certain chemistry in my body goes down I will get headaches above my right ear as if I've been struck with a baseball bat , it will travel to the front and sometimes I feel as if my eyes about to pop out of my head , and as I move my head I will get shock waves from my neck all over my head , on occasion I feel as if my jaw muscles are cramping up on me and my speak become difficult , is that also coming from the cervical spine ?
And what can we do about headaches and heavy head caused by sensitised nerves , because of anxiety and fight or flight? I’ ve been in psychotherapy for 3 years but nothing changes...
