Well done for managing to come up with safe alternatives during your recovery.. I'm awaiting abdominal surgery and know I'm going to struggle mentally with having to take time off to recover x

Has it been difficult to do upper body exercises like training chest? One plastic surgeon I was watching recommended against a lot of pec exercises.

How long after your surgery did your doc give you the ok to workout?

On the leg press did you put weights on it or nothing at all ? But this has been helpful . I’m week one post op so annoyed I can’t workout ! That’s the one thing that’s been annoying me !

Hi Gemma, this is an older video but hoping you can tell me your pre-op weight and height? My BA is in two weeks and still cant decide if 350cc is right for me. Thanks

Hi lovely, weight wise I think I was around 60kg and I'm 5'6''. I'm really glad I went with the upper limit of 350cc, totally in proportion! Good luck! Xxx

Hi there! First off you’re videos are amazing! 🏋️‍♀️ I’m a certified BodyPump instructor and my question is, breast augmentation in two weeks and I’m wondering if I’ll still be able to teach BodyPump ? My doctor says I should be able to resume all activities after I’m completely healed, but as a personal trainer do you think I will have to avoid upper body strength training such as push ups, chest press, clean and press, etc.? I’m hoping not because I absolutely love teaching BodyPump!! I’m certainly no personal trainer, but teaching others helps me to hold myself accountable.

I started walking outside almost immediately, the fresh air made me feel so much better - I wasn't really doing much intense cardio at that time anyway so didn't really go back to it xxx
