I'm black. I wash my hair every day. I use this product. The system 2. I sit on my hair. After I wash and condition my hair. I mix a little castor oil, nioxin and pantene conditioner together as a leave in. No breakage, shedding and no drying. I use nose hair scissors to trim very little of my hair off every full moon so that I can keep track of my trims. I only trim my hair in the shower. I lean forward and use a pick and a denson brush to comb it all to the front so that I can see my ends before i trim. I put the leave in mixture on my hair and twist a bun to the top-front of my head. I secure it with 2 plastic chop sticks and put on a hair towel. Add more leave in mixture to my baby hairs after I remove the towel. I brush my baby hairs real cute. This is my daily protective style unless I go somewhere fancy. The next day when I repeat, my hair is still damp from the day before. When I wear my natural hair, everyone says that it reminds them of how the singer "HER" wears her hair.

Just a tip, with nioxin, the higher you go up in the systems, the more conditioning the product is. I have wavy / curly hair that's natural and I use system 4, even though my hair isn't coloured. I wish I had your amount of hair!

@@waleskaalvarez8520 Yes. Nioxin is definitely superior when it comes to making my hair appear thickened. I have a specific hormone imbalance which is what causes my hairloss (bain of my life) so I don't think a shampoo can actually restore hair but yes, it can definitely make it look thicker and Nioxin is brilliant at this. I will add though, I also use the extra treatments from Nioxin, such as, the intensive hair booster, as well as diaboost. I don't use these all the time but I do use it for the times when I can't stand my hairloss as it's really bringing me down.

@@cherls15 ugh! I know the feeling, i just ordered system 6 on amazon along with the Minoxidil regrowth treatment. I hope this does something for me. My temples and behind my right ear are so thin it’s depressing to not be able to wear my hair in certain ways 😒

@@waleskaalvarez8520 sorry to hear this. My hairloss is right on the top of my head and I'm 5'11, talk about standing out right? Just a tip, if your hairloss is on your temples, minoxidil might not work for that as that product works specifically for thinning hair that androgenic I believe. I use the product too and I remember on the box, it said it won't work for any other hairloss other than the general balding on top of the head. If you have already ordered it, you can still give it a go though. Please bear in mind that anything for hair growth will take 6 months to a year (hopefully not that long!) for you to really see if it has made a difference. BTW, I have seen lots others with your type of hairloss. Doesn't make it any easier at all though, I know.

@@cherls15 Its my own fault I’ve kept extensions in too long and braids. Hopefully it works in conjunction with Vida hair growth products I used in the past. In 2018 I cut my hair really short and those products really help my hair grow strong but I did it again. As long as I’m diligent my hair will grow back. I wish you luck in your hair growth journey.

I hope you see this 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I just got this product and they don’t give you really good directions. How often do you wash your hair with the shampoo and conditioner? Also how often do you put the third step in your hair? And do you still put like oils and stuff in your hair?

I wash my hair every 2 weeks with the shampoo and conditioner, I didn’t get the third step which am planning to buy soon, yes I do put oils and hair moisturizer 🧴
