hey there i have a question if IPO application gets accepted then what is the next scenario means what are the intermediates after listing IPO please illustrate more about this

so we have tata tech ipo coming out tomorow, and maximum price limit is 15000 for a lot size of 30 so on bidding days before it gets listed on stock exchange, the total price on bids cannot go more than 15k right?

Great video, I have one doubt though. You said that bids and offers are matched for a transaction to occur. But if a stock is new in the market. Surely no one will ne selling it just yet. Then how do people place bids if there are no offers?
