3 year hula hoop progression 

I don't seem to progress much but I still enjoy it. I would be impressed with myself even with what I can do though.

Did you go to classes?? I'm in Ohio and have searched for hooping dance classes and can't find any and a lot of the people who do flow arts near me don't hoop it sucks lol
