After watching both parts of this video, I am highly impressed with the way Chetan spoke. What's very impressive is that he started from scratch at a very young age, learnt the tricks of the trade step by step & improved upon it. Apart from personal on the job experience, he also improved his knowledge by reading books of prominent people in the field & being a quick learner he grasped key takeaways from these books which he applied in his venture as & when required. I see a huge potential in him & have no doubt that he would create a name for himself.

Very different video than usual. His views on Real Estate are very insightful. When we think of Real Estate, we think of staying in it. But to see it as an investment alternative is very fresh perspective. And that you can actually get a smaller ticket size in Real Estate also. Although thoda risky to lagta hai because you don't know about regulations, permits etc. Thank you Sirji for this very knowledgeable session.

This guy is exemplary to congratulate on his clear plans & executing with all the nuances. The journey he selected seems absolutely practical .Using of leverages from lowest income till he had generated few more streams for further wealth creation. Stock picking was uniquely awesome with highest level of clarity & chose putting all the conviction in investing in highest quantities.Thays really phenomenal with lowest tickets SMEs. Just unheard with so many pundits around. Option trading & strategy to roll up & I felt was so effective & has fetched him his results too effortlessly. It's very important lesson he shared regarding value at risk fixed with price & quantities in any black swan event. To sum in short all credit goes to Mr. Vivek for finding out diamonds & imparting knowledge in such simple terms.

Wonderful session, excellent clarity and thought process of the speaker. He definitely change some of my thinking around the real estate. There were really good life lessons. However, if one look at his equity portfolio, one of his successes (Subex) seem like a lucky bet than fundamentals- Subex was a yesteryear posterboy of indian IT in early 2000 and a quick glance a financials not suggest earnings degrowth - not sure why is he still invested? Have to look at the company in more details. HIs other stocks like Ambuja Cement, BPCL, and few more doesn't seem inspiring. Also, Chetan's journey (build good safety net and inventible surplus) is far different from many who jump to stock market (without much of income base) and more of a side hustle so one should not try to copy his style could be a disclaimer. Overall, enjoyed the session and learnt well.

nice new perspective,,, when i started i had 3 criteria, stock above 200dma for last 5 years, zero debt, promoter holding above 70%,,,,,90% of companies are excluded of the stock exchange, for example eicher motor fullfilled the criteria....

Great Talk but sadly in my opinion (I might be wrong) all 3 things that chetan presented is not for retails traders because: 1. Real Estate: Risk Level: Very High ---- Liquidity: Very Low ---- Research Time: Very High ---- Actual Realized Return: Low compared to Equity Investing. 2. SME Stock Trading: Risk Level: Very High ---- Liquidity: Very Low ---- Research Time: Very High ---- Actual Realized Return: Depends on your LUCK at the time of selling since SME Stock is very illiquid asset even most of the time Real Estate has better liquidity compared to SME :) 3. Deep OTP Options Selling: Risk Level: Very High (one single black swan day will take your entire life profit that you have earned) ---- Liquidity: Good ---- Trade Time: Very High as you need to seat whole day on expiry ---- Actual Realized Return: Low. This is my opinion (I might be wrong)
