I must say, there is nothing lazy about your cooking today. You prepped everything from scratch and that is amazing. Many people these days do not make the effort. Now I want to check out your other videos and see what not lazy means. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you very much for your comment. I always try to cook simply and from basic ingredients, because it makes sense to me. And I also want to feed my family well. If someone gets inspired by my videos, I will be happy ☺️
I do it when it doesn't have the nicest skin. Also, overgrown zucchini from own garden have a harder skin, which isn't very suitable for quick cooking. But vegetable waste has a use in my household, we feed it to the chickens 😉
