I usually skip through these kind of videos and just list down things. Couldn’t help but watch the whole thing, great recommendations and good narration too. Thank you!
Langkawi is one of the most popular destinations in Malaysia, located in KEDAH state and northern part of Peninsular Malaysia. Langkawi is based on the two words that forms the name of Langkawi. The name of Lang comes from the Malay word 'Eagle' and ' Kawi' comes from the word 'Stone' If not mistaken a well-known hollywood movie actress from Malaysia known as Michell Yeoh also mentioned about this Langkawi Island in a scene of her Star Trek Movie Dialoques
I went to Langkawi back in Jan 2017 for 1 week staying in Pantai Cenang area. I have done most of the activities on your list. Other things to add that I did/visited are Tanjung Rhu Beach, Skull Beach, Black Sand Beach, Underwater World aquarium, Langkawi Bird Wildlife Park, sunset/sunrise at Gunung Raya mountain, Island Hopping Tour, Temurun Waterfalls, Durian Perangin Waterfalls and Crocodile Adventureland. EDIT: Oh yes I actually did a day trip to Koh Lipe in Thailand from Langkawi from Telaga Harbour which is close to Pantai KOK Beach.
Nice recommendations! We did actually go to the Aquarium but it was so sad. The building itself needs a lot of work. There were buckets everywhere from leaking ceilings. The animals were in poor living conditions. There is a picture at the front of the aquarium showing the Penguins swimming with coral life and plants but when you actually see them it's just dirty murky water and a giant rock. I guess when you were back in 2017 it was better but I wouldn't recommend it now until they renovate the place and have better living conditions for the animals. Cheers for watching!
@@LetsTravel-MF Sad to hear about this regarding Underwater World - yes I went there around 6 years ago and it was in a much better state back then although a bit pricey
One month in Langkawi 😍 We stayed 10 days, and we could have stayed longer! We stayed in Kuah, but we would love to stay at the North ot the island when we come back. Next to our favourite beach. Great video guys
Considering going to Langkawai for holiday during the summer. Your vlog provided a lot of information to figure out activities for me and my family. Thank you.
I was wondering when was your trip to Langkawi, which month n year. It definitely looked more alive than d previous two years pandemic n lockdown in Malaysia.
And good to see many good street food in biz. From d recent videos by vloggers, many biz esp d small biz couldn't sustain d pandemic n lockdown which resulted into very low tourists arrival in Langkawi.
Thanks haha yeah we got some really good sunny days! We actually want to go back to Langkawi in a couple of years because I read an article that they are making a huge man made island in a shape of an eagle called Langkasuka Village. So I'm curious to see what that will look like!
Glad it helped! Fox hill owners are super nice! They even have there own family restaurant within the grounds and make some really awesome local food. Enjoy your time in Langkawi!

I like when travellers did some research before they visit places.. There are many attractions in Langkawi we just have to explore more, thumbs-up for this video 👍
Hey guys, thank you for the video, we also plan to cisit Langkwai this September, could you share the dates (/month) you've been there? Do you have some kind of list, where you breakt down the prices? It would be really helpful to know, how much your activities mentioned in the video or having a night out usually cost. Thank you in advance. Best regards from Germany
hi this is such a lovely and insightful video, thanks!! QUESTION,, how did you travel around the island?? are there areas where you can rent mopeds/motorbikes?? thanks, it'll greatly help with exploring the island
Out of all the vlogs I've watched on Langkawi this is up there with the best! We were there in 2005 for our honeymoon and we're going back in March. Do you have to call ahead to visit WOOFF or can you just turn up?
Thanks! I would call ahead because it was hard to find the entrance and he won't hear you with all the dogs barking haha. we messaged him through whatsapp but you can also message him through facebook. Here is the link. facebook.com/WOOFFLangkawi/ Enjoy your time in Langkawi 😄
What a great content. I will be travelling back to KL in few months time and will definitely pay Langkawi a visit. I really like the red back pack you are carrying. What brand is it and model, thank you.
Hey sorry for the late reply. The red backpack was a cheap one i got from Australia it was like a no brand one and I end up throwing it away because it was uncomfortable 😂
