Loved this video! I have faithfully been writing in my diary since 1980. Each morning when I write in it I read the same date from last year and many years ago. I treasure these. I also have a journal where I just write my feelings about things… Love this, too! Going to try the intermittent fasting. And I always start my day spending time with Him!

Try not to push too hard Danna, this particular form of covid has a sneaky way of reminding you. You look great, even if you are still healing. Meditation is difficult, but I've been trying to start up and stick to it for a minimum of 30 days, they say even if it's only 5 or 10 minutes, so that will be mine. Thanks for the update Danna, always a pleasure.

I have wanted to try keto but it’s so confusing all this nutrition stuff. I just try to eat lots of who plant based food and also whatever I want. I have increased by daily steps though. Go me. Inspired by Danna.❤😊🎉

I have gone from strict Keto, to slightly dirty Keto, to now Ketovore (mostly meat) (since 2020). I feel fantastic! I’m 64, and most of my aches and pains have disappeared.

scream crying!!!!!!!!!!!!!! freaking YESSSSS 😊 I definitely need to work on my activity levels. Dealing with health issues for the past year and then being out work 6 months now...need to build up my stamina and strength. Baby steps but consistency is key so I will give it a go and just hope to get feeling better overall 💜💜💜

The cold shower thing is a little easier if you just start with your water just a little bit warm and then turn the water colder gradually. I do this all the time and it feels great any time of the year. All of your other biohacking habits actually sound very reasonable and attainable. They all seem like small habits to make yourself a better version of you and who doesn't like to feel better.

Your cold shower reaction....YES! HAHA... Love sardines...are Kippers as good??? The quiet meditation time...for me it is door closed, candle, early coffee and Bible study....REALLY trying to be more routine with this. New " habits" take HOW LONG to become natural? For service.....I would suggest helping with serving meals with a kitchen that serves meals...you can do that no matter where you travel to and any and all hands are always so appreciated..... Tie a few beanies out in public places for someone who needs one.....lamp posts, benches.... tree branches..... they always get grabbed up.

I tried to learn how to crochet last year and I lasted about 6 stitches. lol. Maybe I'll give it another go. Gonna try the pillow you recommended. I have one I LOVE, but it's getting old and they don't make them anymore. Sadness! So I'll give it a try. I never even thought about pillows giving you more wrinkles, but makes sense! I'm not so worried about wrinkles as I am about not getting a stiff neck/being able to move in the morning. ;) 🧸🧸🧸

The cold shower ending was something my physician grandfather swore by and was still working 18 hour days and operating when he died in an automobile accident at age 87. Cold shower for the win.

I gave up oat milk in my coffee. I do intermittent fasting as well. Oat milk breaks a fast so now I do Ghee butter and Bulletproof MCT oil. I got used to it and I actually really like it that way now. (Frothing it is the key!) So much better that way. Cinnamon is always yummy! :)

Love my coffee that way, but I add a couple pumps of Torano Sugar free pumpkin spice syrup & my scoop of collagen. I realized the palm oil and other chemicals in creamers gave me the 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️💨

If you are looking for something new to try in your coffee, try cinnamon bun collagen creamer by Bloom. It's keto friendly and delicious!! It comes as a powder so I use one of those battery powered frothers and I haven't gone back to regular creamer since.

I've used red light with heat for years on my body (have R.A.) I also use red light on face for my aging. I take D3 and fish oil pills, can't stand sardines ( my father made us eat them as kids) you know how are past can affect us!! Happy travels!

I do many of those things as well. Love my tongue scraper. I like coconut milk better than butter in my coffee. And the cold shower doesn't have to be frigid cold , just colder. You get used to it😊

I try to do the cold "splash", after my very warm and cozy shower, I will turn the heat off and just stand under the water as it gets colder. I never last very long, I have Raynaud's and I end up looking as blue as Violet Beauregarde. 🤣 And being on the autism spectrum with food aversions makes the whole sardine thing a little green in the face. I will try some of the exercise stuff though, I am disabled and chronically ill/pain, but I do need to build a habit of getting out more. I do want to try the no electronics before bed...wish me luck, lol. Danna, so happy you're feeling better. I had covid in 2020 and I thought I was dying, I could not imagine doing covid in a trailer...you're so strong. Stay safe and have fun. Love from Texas 🫶🏼

I’ve done the grass fed butter coffee ( bulletproof coffee) and I had no problem with it…it helped cut out my appetite in the morning until the afternoon…now I have gained quite a few pounds and this video was encouraging…so I’m back getting motivated to go back to Keto again…yes…life happens and sometimes we get to the point where we just want to eat and not think about it! Fun challenges! However, you lost me at the cold shower. Scalding hot showers to near faint is a non option and part of my daily routine. I know, right?! But it’s true😂 I enjoy bullet coffee and meat. The tongue scraper cracked me right up though I do use Arm & Hammer baking soda toothpaste👊🏻

I've been doing the cold shower after a hot shower thing for a while BUT I only last about 10 seconds and I just have the water run over my head mostly because I can't stand it hitting my body. So I'm probably defeating the purpose but I just can't stand it.😨

I was eating an excess of all the proper nutrients every day, my body just could not absorb them. Wounds wouldn’t heal, chronic fatigue, etc. I felt great for the first year, but got very sick on and off for three years after that. After four years total, I decided to eat meat and felt better within two - four weeks lol. I haven’t heard those issues since.

I LOVED this video. And I'm glad to hear you went keto after vegan. I've been watching you a long time, but I did kind of turn you off on the vegan videos. But I know we all have to try our own path. I tried vegetarian, mostly vegan in college and afterwards. My health went downhill! I gained a lot of weight. I completely stopped cycling for a year! Just a lot of bad. I read a book about going back to the basics. I guess it was kind of Weston A Price, primal or something. And it was slow but amazing. I started cycling again as in the past. I dropped from like a size 12 to maybe a 6, eventually a 00 at one point I think. Any time I would go hard core (i.e. no sugar, root veggies for carbs, no coffee, no alcohol), I would drop weight. But mostly I guess I ended up in the middle, different lifestyle but better. I could not go full blown keto. My doctor didn't recommend after seeing my poor labs, plus my weight was pretty low. So when doing good, I try to do root veggies for my carbs. I'm no longer a 00 after several pregnancies, but that's ok! (You do need carbs, at least I do, when pregnant and breastfeeding). Anyways, I'm glad to hear you went mostly keto. I guess I got into some biohacking because it is great for those of us coming late to childbearing. If you do someday get the opportunity, it will so help your body be ready. I mean fertility biohacking is a little different but there is overlap.
