I'm surprised whoever posted this didn't catch it (or maybe they did, but probably didn't want to connect it, which I TOTALLY understand). Out of anything the last 10 yrs I found out, this blew. My. Mind. This also shows how not-so-long ago slavery was. Berry's dad did not claim his grandfather (all of whom have the same name, which is why Berry's given name is Gordy II). Berry's grandmother was his grandfather's slave.
