Thank you for this information. Excellent points on all issues with Bikram. The motovation to do this for 30 straight days is a key issue. And after doing these sessions - The less alcohol , less of a big appetite . eating healthy ALL ADD UP. I only do Bikram 2 days / week BUT i am conscience of what I'm eating and drinking . Plenty of Water is now easy to drink
Thanks for this, Paul! Watching this as about to restart bikram after 4 yrs off...and trembling in my boots! The heat&humidity and the all encompassing nature of bikram is something i'm looking forward to and fearing at the same time ; )
Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to itDo yoga with a friend so you have another person to help you(I read these and the reasons they work from Betwans Yoga Blog website )
