Not sure if you were aware, but the hauntings and "unexplained events" started at 30 East Drive before the Pritchards even moved in. The hauntings actually started with the original tennants of 30 East Drive, Bill and Barbara Farrar and their daughters Jane and Gillian. The "hauntings" actually orginally started occurring in 1954(pretty much as soon as the family moved in). The excellent book The Black Monk Of Pontefract by Richard Estep and Bil Bungay actually talks about the original happenings in the house, and is pretty much an entire catalogue of events which featured the Farrar's and the Pritchard's. Also worth noting is that Jean Pritchard actually stayed in the house until the first part of this century, and steadfastly refused to let whatever occupies 30 East Drive get the better of her. Good video nether the less guys :)
oh i recognize from the cold bunker that this is the place with the falling pennies which oddly only fell when the neighbor lady was in the house and i always felt like she was faking that part, which didn't make too much sense but she was so in control of that place that it was very possible she was doing that part herself!

Hello. I have just discovered you as I refreshed my Google search for UK ghost hunting groups. I like the way you investigate and with 30 East Drive it is important that 'Fred' likes the way you investigate otherwise he/they will remain silent. You had rempod, K2 activity and some intelligent responses from the PSB7. Best of all you had movement, a loud bang and what seems common for the coalshed, scratchings on the wall. I did enjoy watching this. Thank you.

Just correct you on something I know I just watched this video and its 9 month old but the clock you mention at the too of the stairs is not the original one the other one did get thrown down the stairs by fred but it smashed to bits,this clock is another one keep up the good work lads
I wish I lived in the UK. Literally all the *best* channels are in the UK!! It'd be nice to be able to visit there one day but I don't ever see that happening so I sit back and watch vicariously through my favorite UK channels. *Much* better than Proving Demons!! Only thing he's proved lately is how to run from paranormal activity!!

I really wish they would make a prequel movie about the monks origin set in Tudor times with Daniel day Lewis as the monk Anthony Hopkins as Henry the 8th and Margot Robbie as the first victim of the monk and I wish it would be directed by Peter Jackson

We were unsure when we first studied the house and punched alot of holes in the stories that have been told over the years via research, so wasnt expecting much however we did experience things during our time here that lead us to believe it is very haunted but by what we do not know
when your camera failed don't worry that the sprit of Emma who like cameras and dolls also she from the 16th century when Henry the 8th was on the throne
Shame. So many groups pay a fortune to play here and they all get nothing significant, just a few bumps from floor boards settling. Who has video of the marbles falling from the ceiling? Who has video of the black monk? Can't wait to see but I may not live long enough :-)
