A 30 Exercise in 30 Minutes Full Body Workout With Dumbbells is the aim of the game today with this awesome no repeat full body workout
Yes that's correct 30 exercises in total and never repeating the same exercise twice.
We will be targeting the back, chest, legs, shoulders, arms and abs and leaving no stone unturned in this awesome dumbbell workout
What we will be doing is 3 workouts stations with the dumbbells
A heavy , moderate and light dumbbell station
We will then be hitting 3 different exercises for each muscle group
A heavy , moderate then light back to back for the shoulders for example, before moving onto the next muscle group.
Each exercise we will be doing for 40 seconds of work , with 15 secs rest to get ready for the next exercises
It's going to be action packed and fun throughout.
The great thing is with this full body workout is that it will work with any weights.
So no matter you age, level or sex this one is for you to take on.
If you need to make the workout tougher, simply up the weights being used.
Perfect whether you're training at home or a gym.
The beauty also with the no repeat workouts is that they never get boring. So much variety and a lot of fun all while getting in an amazing full body workout
