If enslaving another animal makes you happy, cool. But calling that enslaved animal family... thats pathetic.
@williamraleigh7546
@williamraleigh7546 2 года назад
@@anatheistbychoice367 You should know what a mutually beneficial relationship is. When you have a pet, they get food. In return, the animal allows you to pet it and it may even be affectionate with you. Not to mention, we probably didn't even intentionally domesticate animals. They probably wandered into human settlements, found animals to eat, and the humans of the day decided to keep them around; a mutually beneficial relationship. While the animals bred with each other, friendlier animals cropped up because of genetics. I don't think people typically enslave animals to do household chores. That's what kids are for.

1:33:17 I'm Steve and I'm from the Philippines. I frequently visit Sagada, Mountain Province before the pandemic. Finding this story here gave me goosebumps because I have been to all the spots mentioned in the story. I knew there was something waiting for me in this video and coming across this story blew my mind. I consider Sagada a sacred town and they have hanging coffins by the cliff and burial grounds in their caves. They have fairies and other entities in there. I have had a heroic dose of magic mushrooms there way back and sensed so much that are hard to explain or put into words. Always be respectful of new places you visit, especially those with history of tribal wars and ancient cultures.

Yes brother I also did a close to heroic dose of shrooms and me and my friend went deep in to a North Yorkshire English wood far away from the city, I felt an abundance of other presences in there every so many kilometres that we walked. My friend couldn’t sense them but I felt them just as I would a human and I had to apologise to them when we had to walk through one of there patches as he just stormed through them as he wasn’t cognisant of them. The shrooms that day taught me that there’s other beings living amongst us just like human civilisations and that they also must be respected and just like when we hoard animosity in ourselves and then project that on others attracting negative situations in our life the same applies for these other beings, the god head created all these sub realities and sub personas and when we aren’t in accordance to the live that fashioned if our inner states attract other negative things including all these “dark” “scary” entities. In the Quran there names the jinn nations that live amongst humans. Peace.

Corrective text altered a lot of my words here. I meant to type when we do not feel the LOVE that fashions all things we attract an energy correspondent to that. The Sufi masters are aware of these other beings they call the jinn nations and also the fact that they shape shift so that they can be perceived by us.

I’m happy to hear that Craig wasn’t a horrible man, abusive or disliked you at all, that’s a huge relief to hear considering how stepparents can be now. But you have no reason to apologize with the way you felt about it all back then. I do think your mother shouldn’t have forced a relationship to begin with though, that was bad on her part no matter what. But what you felt was very valid, don’t ever beat yourself up over it okay? You have two dads who love you💗 Edit: The ending made me literally cry I’m so happy Craig and you were okay😭💗

I used to hike a lot when I was in Sg and Malaysia but those are always daytime lol. I have the same experience, but not too creepy😂. I get that feeling that something is watching you while walking or the silence of the surroundings creeps you out. I once got lost in the woods because I felt too courageous on one of my hikes. The normal people creep me out. I feel like they can do anything to you, especially to a 31-year-old woman like me hiking alone. Now I am very careful when I hike and I always let my fiance come along with me😂.

I've lost many pets in the past. This stems mostly from leaving doors open and not keeping an eye on what the animals are doing - kittens and puppies are the worst! One minute they are there - the next they are gone. In my experience three matters resolve themselves as even young animals tend to return at feed time.

just wanted to throw this out there after hearing the story about the "dragon" at Crater Lake in Oregon. I've lived in Oregon my whole life. I even spent a summer working at Crater Lake. Since it's located on top of a mountain, there's snow there all but 1 month of the year (August), and due to that and the fact that there's not much civilization around...the employees there live in dorms at the park, and rarely leave the park. Every employee there is taught A LOT about the park, it's history, etc., because tourists are inquisitive, and employees are bound to be asked questions. For one thing, I never saw anything weird there. I didn't even see opossums like the writer of the story mentioned. I'm not saying there aren't any in that area...that I'm not sure about...just saying I never saw any there, and I spent a lot of time outside at night while I was there. I also know that it's not legal to camp there...at least, not near the lake or around the crater itself (there are certainly areas just outside of the park where camping is legal...and there are campgrounds further down the mountain, not where the lake itself could be seen, though). I'm sure people camp illegally in some areas around the top of the crater...but not near the developed areas of the park, and there are A LOT of very vigilant park rangers there that police the wilderness thoroughly. Not saying it's impossible that the writer camped somewhere around the rim of the crater (the only place where the lake can be seen without flying over it)...only that it's unlikely. The only places where they may have gotten away with camping around the rim are areas with very harsh terrain that only the most skilled hikers could get to, and again, there's 10-12' of snow around the rim all but one month out of the year, so camping there would be difficult to say the least. The park itself is only open for a few months during the summer, because it's impossible to access the rest of the time. So I'm just not buying it. Good story...but based on my intimate knowledge of the area...it's not likely true. I don't just mean the claim that the writer saw a dragon is likely untrue...I mean the whole story smells of bullsh*t. Honestly, someone claiming they saw a dragon is more believable than someone claiming they camped somewhere around the rim of the calderra (crater) at Crater Lake. Again, it's possible I guess. I can't be certain that the story is a lie...it just seems pretty unbelievable to me given my knowledge and experience.

I don't know about the Crater Lake thing, but I live in Western Washington and I saw pretty much the same thing he did at a lake up here. So, I totally believe the dragon part. Did some research. They exist. They're related to Nessie and the Chelan (lake Chelan) dragon. And,they travel from lake to lake through under water springs and/or by flying (usually at night, so they're not seen). Very scary though, when you see one.

After I grew up and had kids of my own and such I understood why he was the way he was and we got very close I was as close to him as I was my real dad he loved my mom and he loved me hell he would have had to stay with the way I acted he was there when my mom and biological dad passed and he passed away in January and I'm so glad that I got close to him and we had a good relationship before he passed away it takes a lot to be a step parent to a kid that doesn't even like you and that story just reminded me of how grateful I was to have had a step dad in my life who wanted to be there and was not just there because he loved my mom

My absolute favorite stories are about people in the woods.. I have family from Eastern Kentucky and my dad would hike out into the wilderness and wouldn’t hear from him for months at a time. He’s not a crazy,feral mountain man, but I’m aware of his skill set that allowed him to live off grid for so long and have NO doubt there are folks who have lived this way for generations

I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your loyal companion ❤️ Our pets are like children to us animal lovers so losing them feels just as bad. 💔 We all appreciate you still coming thru for us. Raining here in the CA foothills, perfect for scary forest stories from one of my favorite narrators!

I always enjoy listening to these types of stories while I’m in the middle of nowhere. People who have never lived in a rural area lose their $hit when they hear the quietness of a rural area. Bless your pea picking little hearts if this frightens you. 😂

I'm sorry for your loss. The news of your pet's passing and the story of the goblin at El Yunque Rainforest made me quite homesick (my old chihuahua passed about a month ago and he lived with my folks back in Puerto Rico). Thanks for this upload, Darkness. We're very grateful.

Sympathy for your loss for some of us loosing a beloved pet is akin to loosing a part of yourself. Even though this is not recent I know the pain and lonely feelings do remain.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your furry friend. I am a rescue parent and I’ve always kept them instead of finding them homes.....I can’t part with my babies. I have 2 dogs left.....my kitties I had for 14 years or so recently passed one after another.....3 sisters, we couldn’t figure it out but they are together again. At the risk of sounding NUTS......Your fur baby isn’t gone.....your baby is at your side, trying to comfort you and sooth your sadness. THIS I know for a fact. It’s what I do...not on command but it will pop up occasionally and tell me what’s going on with certain folks. Broken hearted masters/parents. Anyway I hope you look for and LISTEN for clues. You must listen and feel with your whole heart not your ears.

My friend is a big time solo camper and he said one of the things he had to get used to was when he was hiking at dusk or at night. He said you will hear twigs and leaves crunching behind you but in the brush on either side of the trail. What is it? It's just curious, large cats, like a bobcat, following you. The chances of an actual attack are incredibly small (the stats will put your mind at ease). He said the big cats just like to watch. Well, unless you're walking around with a stash of deli meat or something in your pack, then that's what they're investigating!

It’s normal though to think that though clearly it’s a trademark of our controllers for we the people are the herd of sheeple and they the elite are wolves conspiring to eat. For the record, El Yunque is a beautiful, magical place that anyone who has the opportunity should visit at least once in their lifetime. It has hiking trails, natural pools & waterfalls, and amazing views. Not to mention, it's the only tropical rainforest in the USA. However, it CAN be scary and even dangerous (even for the locals) if you're not paying attention or you decide to stray off the regular paths. Many visitors have gone missing. Some have been found, others haven't been so lucky. I have heard countless stories about ghosts, demons, witches, UFOs, "botched scientific government experiments ", and countless other cryptids (I'm looking at you, Chupacabra), but I think this is the first time I hear about a goblin. Pretty cool! Thank you for sharing! Also... I know it's been over a year, but I'm sorry about your fur baby. We never stop loving or missing them. ❤️

We lost the youngest of our "pack" on 27th November last year, so about the same time as you lost your lovely canine soul too. Hope things are a little better for you now, though it's still quite acute for us. You're in our thoughts

My furry best friend died August 2020. He was 11 and I used to joke he was my furry soul mate. I am still struggling from it.. He was like my furry therapist. He stayed with me through seizures, illness and a failed marriage. My condolences even though I am a year late.

Listening to the first story, I was curious about what demon you were talking about because the name did not sound Polish in the slightest. Turns out it must have been Latawiec/Latawica. Fun fact is that the male form of the word is the same word we use for kites.
