Who in their right mind would spray WD-40 on anything on the interior of their car? That stuff smells so horrible you would have to air your vehicle out for hours before you could stand to even be in it.
A set of bad car dealer hacks that conceals problems without solving them. Rubber hates WD40 and dries out making it brittle and weak. Spraying it on plastic trims makes it look better for a few days but works the same as on rubber. Same for spraying on tyres. You also don't want it on your breaks!' Use silicone based spray for squeaky door jambs and windows. Wd40 sprayed on engine will attract more dust in not time. WD40 is a water displacer and penetrator not a cleaning solution.
I use have sprayed WD-40 on my front of my truck a" 2010 " GMC black. I spray all of the front of my truck with WD-40 and let it run down all over the front fenders, grill bumper and headlight. NO BUG MARKS wash right off then I spray when I see it has gone away I spray again. No paint problems just dirt pick up, but NO BUG MARKS GUTS! Looks like new for the age.
Le WD40 SUR LES JANTE OK MAIS AVEC PULVÉRISATION SUR LE CHIFFON. EN PULVÉRISATION DIRECT ÇA VA SUR LE DISQUE DE FREIN ET ADIEUX LE FREINAGE EN CAS DE FREINAGE D'URGENCE. JE DONNE PAS CHER DE VOS VIE ET DE LA VIE DES AUTRE USAGÉ DE LA ROUTE
no clue? just spraying all over everything even brakes and tires haha use the right thing for every part. Silicone spray is used for rubber parts not that drying out WD40 and guess what? WD40 company has a silicone spray in portfolio...
