You missed something big in the movie. The whole fight between Gojo and Miguel is something from Mappa. In the Manga is only the last part, where Gojo casually kills the big curse, but the rest isn’t there.

Now this is making me wonder if the sukuna vs gojo fight in the manga will even be the same💀

I feel like Yuji eating the finger without being in peril makes a lot more sense later on, since it is truly his fault that all these bad things are happening due to him eating Sukuna's finger, while the anime gives him a little leeway, as there wasn't any other choice, so he's a bit more innocent.

In the dub, the ninja warrior dialogue is there in season 1.

Idk if you know this but its been said that cursed energy is able to give sorcerers a shield type of layer so they can survive getting flung into buildings or even block attacks that can destroy anything upon impact.

you forgot a good one, in the mechamaru mahito battle, the whole scene where mahito transforms into different animals while dodging mechamaru's lasers is completly anime original and was also called out by the author himself to be somethin he wished he could think about (great video btw)

You missed something. In the manga after sukuna killed mahoraga he was holding mahoraga's wheel. While in the anime he doesn't.

Wasn't there an extra extra scene in the anime added by mappa in the fight between sukuna and jogo when jogo melts shibuya and throws two buildings at sukuna

Also there's the part where kuchisake onna freezes time and was on a falling bridge in the anime the part where mahoraga grows giant also in the anime and also the part where mahito's deactivation of his cursed form was never explained in the anime

Most changes were fine but the changed circumstances of Yuji eating that first finger were so disappointing. It just sucked the humour out of that moment, but more importantly the original version was so unexpected and showed us that Yuji would pretty much do anything just to save someone else. I don't know why they thought a change to a generic 'not having any choice' would be better. Also, the popcorn & drink thing was just weird. Sukuna didn't want Megumi to die and it didn't make sense for him to ignore Mahoraga temporarily to do that, especially as we've never seen him mention an interest in cinema snacks before (and if you know background information about Sukuna's character, you'll know he wouldn't have a desire to eat that stuff).
