All foolish people who speak about hygiene understand one thing u r cooking and having it ,u r not having it raw , when cooked and boiled no bacteria will survive , u people aren't concerned about the meat u eat ,no one knows what disease it would have inside but once it boiled it proven to kill bacteria and viruse .in poultry most of the birds have flu do u know that ??? But it won't spread and spoil anyones health even after eating it because it's cooked properly ..and understand one thing we indian are exposed to all this and that's y we have best immunity compared to rest of people in this world.we have evolved from apes to human , with no sanitizer ,no soaps , no disinfectant ,we have survived u people act as if u were dropped from heaven ..we have immunity and digestion power to handle all this it's just u people who has made it more complicated by eating chemicals in all ur foods . I hate when people speak about hygiene in every thing, do u people put in mask while doing shit ah ?? Shit has more harmful bacteria then that fish butchering place ,start wearing mask and shit from now onwards because viruse and bacteria can travel through air ,u can get hepatitis b from shit ..
@@husshussein556 I don't see shit there, neither anyone here it's just some wooden Lough which has became wet and surrounding is wet too as it might have rained there. If people are so concerned about hygiene better don't buy from streets or just go into any five stars restaurant for eating such dishes.
What do they do with the head?In my country the fish head curry with ladies finger and green chillies is a speciality item.(malaysia). The cutting of fish can be improved with specialist knives for different application. An initial cut down to middle bones with a shape knife ,then cut cut through bone with a wooden mallet strike on the knife,then,follow through with slicing stroke will produce neat cuts without mincing the flesh.
Knives using in India are rusted and blunt. German and Japanese knives are made of SS and razor sharp. Please use that quality knife to avoid your wrist and shoulder pain. Quality of cut products also will be clean, without any shreads. Excellent skills and physically stressful work. Good luck!

@@shahtabmahmud1972 as per quality food processing standard rusted equipment shouldn't be used. We need to improve ourselves on par with international standard. I don't think we are poor in sourcing right equipment.
