This was a quick perfect workout to get enough of a sweat on, i love Zumba but sometimes it's too intense for my pregnant body and I was able to modify the parts i needed to go easy on!
What a pleasure to make this video ! Although I found that there were a few too many squats (my knees did not like much 😶🌫), it requires concentration and coordination. I don’t think I’ll become a professional Latin dancer but I had fun and sweated 😜! Thank you!

This was so much fun! I need to incorporate new morning workouts but something somewhat easy since I have no energy haha. Usually I'm constantly looking at the clock because 30 minutes is sooo long but this was amazing and I got lost in time. Thank you :)
