I just saw your new upload, but I wanted to leave a comment in this one because I did it today and OMG! I paired it with the Ballet Abs & Legs HIIT and obviously I ended up drenched in sweat and feeling amazing. 💪🏻❤️💪🏻 And also, to anyone who wants to try this workout I can tell you that I didn't use any prop and my core was on fire 🚨🔥🔥🚨 But definitely felt the burn in my entire body as well. I just love all of your HIITs!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Oh my goodness this was so hard in all the right ways! Especially circuit two - challenging the back body is ALWAYS a bit of a 'good' struggle for me! The longer time in each exercise was also SUPER spicy!

OMG ! That was tough. Tough yesterday even tougher today. I really enjoyed it (so did my dog😌) I had to fight with my muscles and with her trying to snatch the ball🤣🤣🤣 This workout is so effective! Love, love, love! You will laugh about my captive audience while I did this workout. My ball crazy tri-colour border collie, Abi, who normally is lazing on the sofa waiting for me to finish so she can have her walk, never left the moving ball out of her sight! She so wanted me to drop it. 🤣😂🤣

Awesome workout Mam. Just completed and I literally felt that burn 🔥 whole body is on fire truly but I love that pinch of pain . I am honestly going to save this workout and gonna do at least once a week for sure for best stability and flexibility 🤩🥰😍😘🧿
Effective and fun workout. I’m really struggling with the pose @20:47 when the body goes behind the hands. You had similar workout before without the ball. Any tip would help.
So glad you loved it! 💚 And yes, that pass through is tricky and requires a lot of strength in the core, legs, and upper body! What seems to be the issue? A lot people usually can’t do it because they set themselves up improperly in their reverse tabletop pose - be sure hands are under the shoulders and feet are under the knees! 👍🏼
