Completed 15 days with 1 day of rest in each week and with proper diet. I lost around 4 pounds and it’s amazing . Additionally, I maintained walking 12k steps daily. Thank you so much for this amazing workout🙌🏻. Will stick to it for next 15 days💪🏻

This is such a good workout, and is also very enjoyable - and I'm saying this as a person who absolutely HATES working out. This workout is not only challenging but also elegant in a way, and definitely helped me feel stronger and less stiff!
I feel kind of ashamed since everyone else is saying how easy they thought it was. But I havent worked out in a long time due to depression and other life things going on thats made it hard to keep up with myself. This made me sweat so much its in my eyes but I didnt give up and am looking forward to doing more. Thanks

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
Definitely one of my most favourite workout videos so far. I've been doing pilates for quite a while now, but never have I felt as elegant and graceful doing it as today 💜💜 the pace is just perfect and I love how you can follow along simply focusing on music and your own body and mind. LOVEE THE WORKOUT!! But you should do a voiceover talking about what we’re doing on each workout because It’s hard to concentrate on the workouts because I have to consistently be looking at the screen to see if I’m doing it right 😭
i haven't been doing pilates for a long time so i was expecting to be exhausted by the time i was done with this, but surprisingly i ended up really enjoying the workout, it went past extremely quickly and I felt really empowered afterwards!

Oh my, this was perfect. I only discovered you yesterday. Today I was having one of those down days and was in the mood for literally nothing. I wanted to sweat/move my body but didn't feel like doing anything too exerting either. Then I remember seeing pilates videos on your channel yesterday then came just randomly chose one. Absolutely perfection. I moved my body, got my heart rate up, and sweat quite a bit, but was still so, so relaxed. It's exactly what I needed and the playlist was 🤌🏼. Thank you. Besides how enjoyable this workout is, the songs are also good. I feel relaxed throughout the workout like being comforted in some way. The moves you incorporated are so beautiful. It reminds me how much I used to enjoy ballet and dancing too! Thank you❤

This one really kicked my butt. It’s been 3 years since I stopped working out , had a baby & I’m finally pushing myself again & this one had me sweating so much 😭
2 1/2 years Longcovid. Two months later I started this program. Just always left out the situp type exercises so I didn't overload the psoas muscle. Finished after three minutes the first time and I was in pain (mostly fascial pain) for six days. Continued to do. Always waited out pain. Six months later at the "dolphin" after 28' there is still a smile on my face.

Loved this workout!! It was the perfect thing for low impact, active rest days. Felt so good after doing it 😊 appreciate that this sequence is knee-friendly (with a few modifications), as I tend to skip Pilates workouts because many of the moves require kneeling on knees 😢 thank you Eleni, and hope to see more like this!
