That was tough. I was half hoping Eleni would go easy on us towards the end, but it seemed to get more intense and sweaty. What a great way to keep fit and positive.
I would love a video for my handicaps! I have a tail bone injury, tennis elbow and neck problems, so anything that avoids strain or pressure in those areas would be so welcomed! I am a middle aged woman and love pilates, but need to avoid anything that strains my weak spots. Anyone else out there like me? Would love a video just for our challenges! :)
