30 Mins Cardio & Core Interval (Burn Belly Fat!) - Beginner & Advance

Please READ this box for more info. This Workout will burn up to 350 Cals per session! This is suitable for both beginners and those who are more advance. I'll be guiding you through an easier alternative as well as a harder option.
In order to Burn Belly Fat effectively, we need to incorporate total body workout together with core exercises. Total body cardio workout will help to shed the excess fat off your belly and Core exercises will help to strengthen and define your tummy.
We will alternate between 4 minutes of cardio with 2 minutes of core. We will be doing 4 sets in total with 1 minute break in between.
Each Cardio exercise will last 45secs with 15secs rest and each Core exercise will last 30secs with 10secs rest. Do this workout 2 - 3 times weekly and have a healthy meal plan to go along with it, I assure you, you will see results!

Of all the workout videos on RU-vid, this one is my favorite. I like that Joanna did not do a voice over, but instead talked while she did the workout herself. Hearing her huffing and puffing, seeing her getting sweaty, and seeing the slightly imperfect part like when she got confused on one of the workouts just make me feel that she is so real, and she is in this together with me. That is what I want from a workout instructor, instead of just yelling “go go go! Keep going!!” at me. Empathy is so important!!

I used to not get past each exercises without taking 1 minute breaks (that was a month ago), but now, 1 month later, I can get through this without actually taking breaks. You can do it guys!

This is one of my favorite workout videos. I try to switch it up every now and then but I always find myself coming back to this. Last year I lost around 15 pounds doing this workout a few times a week and eating healthier but since I moved to the US I gained them back (It's hard to eat well in this country lol). I'm starting to work out again so here I am. Thanks for all your videos Joanna!

Im feeling like you , I lived in Japan for 4 years I dropped from 98kg to 78kg, I used to run in Japan. Now I find myself back in south africa and worried to gain back that weight. South Africa we eat alot of western fast foods.

Works great lost 10 pounds already, use to do it awhile back and lost 20 pounds fast but also back then I was, embarrassing to say, but starving myself so when I ate I gained the weight back twice as fast, but now I'm eating properly and working out daily and I feel better than I did before. Thank you!

I did the whole video DAY ONE so proud of myself but I did cut short a few of those plank lifting up things my arms aren't strong yet :( and took a 3 min break (ish) in the middle oops, now I just need some more motivation imdojng so well, I'm really on the way of achieving the bikini body I want!!!! :))))

I love how this has so little jumping (and modified moves)! I live in the second floor and the floors are old and wooden so I don't want to bother my flatmates too much. Every step creaks! :P

When i first started this workout routine (about a week), all I could do was 5 minutes, even less, like 4 minutes. The second time i did it (the day after I first started), I really had to push myself and told myself to DO MY BEST or else I wont see improvement or process, i lasted about 10 minutes. I just finished my fifth session, and i did 25 MINUTES! I can happily say that maybe my 15th session i can finish this with fierce and a whole lot of motivation.

Fantastic video. Only made it through 10mins then did a cool down (for 3mins) this week, for the first time in years, i've had the OK by my doctors to get some exercise, heart and lungs have had a tough few years, so any progress is going to be slow, but I love your videos, I love the easy and hard options and the fact that if there is an exercise I find too hard its only 45secs so I do something a bit lighter :-) I know not to push it too far too fast, hope by february I'll be able to do the full 30mins - can't wait! Been so long since I could exercise and since I was well enough to exercise. RU-vid videos are by far the best though because I can do it in my own home and not feel embarrased by the stuff I cant do!! Thankyou ever so much :-)

I cannot believe I actually went through the whole video. It's my second month in the 90 day challenge, I honestly felt like I was going to quit by the 3rd set before the workout even started but I saw how easy some of the exercises looked in the 3rd set and actually stuck through. I am SO proud of myself.

Thank you Joanna soh. I'm 14 and started this work out 2 months ago it wasn't really easy for me in the beginning but with a good diet and doing this video 3 or 4 times a week helped me achieve the body that I wanted and to this day I'm proud to say that now I can complete the entire video. I've been doing this on-and-off for a month or two now, and I was on the brink of giving up as I gradually got bored of this workout. Luckily before I decided to quit I made small changes by using ankle weights and dumbbells. Boy, it was a whole new challenge! Whatever it is, make sure that you don't quit!

Love it. Much better she maintains tranquility while your body is screaming stop, not drop weights on your body while trying to keep up, able to focus on repetive doable without straining your knee on some chair or having to chase the ball that slipped out from under you, nice transitions..

This is a great workout. It is the gold standard for me. Whenever I want to check to see how my fitness is coming along, I do this. The three jumping exercises in a row in the first section is especially challenging, I think.

My weight was 52kg in the past 1 month and reduced to 50 kg 2 weeks later after I did several workout from YT. Then it stayed at 50kg and keep fluctuating up and down depending on my meals even though I workout like usual for that week. After that only I found Joanna's channel and I started to do her workout, and guess what..my weight reduced to 49kg and it stayed there regardless of what I ate for that day. I'm so happy 😆 Does that mean I finally burn out my fat? I just can't do strict diet my body can't take it. I'm eating like usual. Maybe that's why it took some time to see the result

+ point and also a fact, that if you mute her voice you will already be tired till half of the workout, and if you keep listening her you can make it till end or play any sporty music while doing any kind of workout 😄😄

did the cardio and core interval, only one problem: I have hypermobility. still doing this, takes a bit more time and pain to get in shape, but still loving it! :)

This is a great workout even my 7 year old twins loved it !!!!! I was drenching with sweat I will be doing this at least 4 times a week I'll let you know how it goes 😊💪💪💪

nice workout gurl,,, guys fr d ones who r a bit advanced,, dont utilize d hole 15 mins rest in between, as d workouts r simple,, just take a breathr fr 5 mins,, nd start workoing d nxt workout,, dis wil help u make u burn more,, and if u r nt willing to do d workout in dat rest time, go fr high knees,, fr 10 seconds until u hear d tone, make it active rest,, i do it d same, way,, it feels grt!!! cheers,,all d best evryone,,

no, I'm sure you're doing it fine. You just feel it in the muscle that is the least strong so if your thighs are less strong than your abs, then you will feel it in your thighs instead of your abs.
