I feel like this could have been a lot more fun and more of a workout, if I didn't feel lost the entire time. Just a minute or two more breaking down the moves and giving the queues in mirror image, with a bit more lead-in time would be great. Thanks for your time and energy!

Agreed! And she keeps saying "right foot" when I am using my left foot to mirror her. It's very confusing and I just ended up jumping around to try and keep up.

Same here! I liked that it was very much of a workout but it also had a bit of choreography to not keep your mind on the physical efforts. Even though, not being able to follow, my mind was ONLY on the choreography lol

First I was incredibly intimidated by the speed of this routine. But I liked all the jumping, had all this bottled up quarantine energy and was motivated to finish this workout. This is my fourth day coming back to this video and I love it! (and I am no dancer or athlete... I am a couch potato, so if I can do it everybody can) all you need is motivation and a rewind button!

I love this workout, it’s my absolute favourite! :) I burn about 250 kalories, I’m 168cm tall and my weight is 65kg.

I did this workout with some strength training for 2 weeks and I can feel my body is getting tone. I recommend you guys to do this workout. The instructor might be fast but the gift of dancer, you will learn in on time ;)

I have been following Amanda for about 5 years now. As there are no dance classes near me, I was trying to find something from home. I am nearing my 40s. I have hypothyroidism, so most days, I dont have the energy. That's when I started doing her 20 minutes version....on and off and because I also have a bad knee, I do the modified version. I also go a long time without doing any fitness, but when I finally do, It makes me feel a lot better and happier when I feel down and out. This version is my favourite and Im getting to keeping up with her. Thank you, Amanda!

This is my favourite dance cardio workout!! After trying this two/three times I managed to get a hold of the routine, the instructor is full of positive energy and now during quarantine I've got plenty of time to do this workout several times a week. I done this workout a few times, so I decided to do it again! It's so much fun to do! 😅 The arm series literally made my arms burning! I tried my best not to put them down, but I had to keep going! My coordination is bad and to be honest for some of the moves I was all over the place, but I was all smiles during the workout because the instructor is so cheerful and full of positive energy! the arm series was really tough but in the end I'm sweating and feeling good! can't wait for more workouts of her

Though it seems hard to follow when you do it for the first time but it becomes fun when you do it again and again. It is also very effective as it has jumping and concentrates on all body parts.

Loved this workout!!! I follow Amanda on Instagram and I always see her videos. They look so fun, I wish I could make it to one of her classes! So I was pleasantly surprised when this showed up in my subscription box and I was SO excited to do this workout. Amanda did not dissappoint! She's fun and upbeat and I broke a sweat in the first 5 minutes. I'm not a dancer but she's easy to follow. I got lost a few times when she would start a new move, but after she went over it a few times I would get it. Even if you can't get the moves perfect, it's still so fun to try and it's gets your heart beating! I hope to see more of Amanda on Popsugar SOON! Can't wait!!!!

I love this workout too! Can't understand why this video got so much negative comments saying that she moves too fast and it's hard to follow. It's true this workout is quite tricky when you started doing it, but to me trying to learn the moves distracts me from feeling the tiredness and the burn in my legs. Dance cardios are generally harder to follow than other forms of exercise like toning and kickboxing, but at least if you get into the routine and music you'll start to have fun and dance the burn away!

Usually after these dance workouts I do, I feel amazing. This one, I feel tired and kind of annoyed. I love the lady’s enthusiasm but her instruction needs some work. The workout was all over the place. The warmup felt like the routine, the routine felt like army boot camp, and the cool down felt like the warmup. I didn’t stop after the warm up because what I start I like to finish but tomorrow I’m steering clear of her.

I loved this workout! Since all my dance classes have been canceled due to COVID I've been looking for good workouts to replace it. This video is the best one I've found so far!

This video was fun! Tried it today and it does move quickly; I got off a few times & ended up jumping around like a fool, laughing at how ridiculous I must've looked. Once you do this video a few times, you'll learn sequences and be glad there's not a lengthy how-to before each one because you already know it. Saving this one to my workout playlist to do again!

This workout was really difficult for me to follow. I'm pretty advanced and I normally have no trouble completing a workout, but I could barely keep up. And the instructions were really vague so it took me a few rounds to grasp what I was supposed to do and by that time she moved on. Also, I felt like this workout was really unbalanced. She favored the right side and some moves didn't even do the left side so I had to switch sides myself and that got me even more confused. Lastly, it annoyed me on the arm part that she kept saying it was the last move and then just kept adding new moves

Okay, okay, okay, I admit it; I have minimal coordination. Watching @Amanda was inspiring, but so was @Rachel. Watching @Rachel watching @Amanda to know the movements kept me going. I was truly Terrible here, but enjoyed it. Thanks @Popsugar.

I had such a hard time keeping up! I had to stop almost half way through I just got so frustrated...too bad too. This did look like fun. The instructions were just a bit confusing and went by too quickly, I got worn out just trying to figure out what was next!

Amanda had tons of energy. I did find it hard to follow her (I am a beginner and have been using PopSugar for a month and a half, love the variety). At times she would use her right and then she would use my right, this was confusing when I was following her visually, but she would say the opposite verbally. With that being said, Amanda had an excellent arms work-out where my arms were on fire. Thanks.

I really love this workout video! I do it everyday and I’m slowly improving on the arms and starting to get through it without dropping them! The routines are so fun, sassy and high energy which I love! I’ve tried A lot of dance cardio work outs on RU-vid and they all seem too easy and slow and I end up not sweating as much as I would like, but this one does the job. I don’t think it’s very beginner friendly and more on the advanced side as you need to pick up the movements fairly quickly in order to get the full intensity of the workout - but that’s fine for me as it’s right up my street. Thank you for this!

Great video. Nice simple steps. Plenty of differing routines so you don't get bored of doing the same moves over and over. Good pace. Love stuff like this to keep me interested in working out.

So glad to have read these other reviews that it was tough. I had a tough time learning the steps with the quick instruction and move on. I finished, but ended up making up moves when I got lost. Just kept on moving. I like the instructor, just wish she didn't move on so quickly!

That's actually a very good and accurate amount. It always irritates me when I see videos who claim that you burn 500 calories in 30 minutes or so. That's just simply not realistic for people who aren't extremely obese or extreme Sportlers.

I was not feeling too energetic today. However, I still pushed myself to do some Cardio and I started having so much fun at like 2 min in the work out xD and I did not notice I was not tired anymore. I had a lot of fun

people are saying this that this video was bad because they couldn't follow the instructor as she didn't give enough instructions lol. Halfway through a routine I kept getting lost too but I think the point of exercise is to be healthy so I just followed as best I could to get my 30 minutes of exercise. I feel quite proud of myself getting through this difficult routine. If you know you don't dance then don't care how good you are at following the moves, do it because completing your exercise is good for your body and makes you feel proud of yourself. I feel the same embarrassment and annoyance of not being able to follow but remember she's a person too we don't know her she's just doing her best and learning to be better like the rest of us.

This workout was amazing! My endurance is very good so this was more of a warmup for me, but I really liked this video because I’m not a good dancer so these moves were great for me. I don’t understand why some people commented that the dance moves were too hard, because guys believe me when I say: I’m an awful dancer but I could do this! It’s really fun to do as well :) ❤️

i started this workout at least 3 times, but never could hold more than 8 minutes. but right now i finally did it! i finished this workout!!! the most hards parts for me were the second dance and the part with arms exercises (i litterally screamed lol)

i barely got a workout because i didn't expect this to be advanced and be lost with the moves rather than getting a workout in. you should label this more advanced. i do your workouts every other day so i really think this is more advanced.

This video is really great. It’s fun with lots of energy. The only thing I wish is if it was horizontally flipped (mirrored) because it’s how I’m used to viewing workout videos.

This was a fun and fast paced dance workout. I will have to do it a couple of times to get it down, I think. It was good cardio, and the arm portion was KILLER. I wish that she didn't say "right" and "left" all of the time if it wasn't going to by my right and left. I like to mirror the video. Most Popsugar instructors just say "side" instead of right and left, which I appreciate so that I don't get confused as I am mirroring.

I loved this workout! I just wish Amanda had spent more time on instruction because some of the moves had a lot of steps and she only went over it slowly 1-2x.

WOWIE! This was a fast one, lots of foot work to learn, but being my first time doing this workout, I wasn't too hard on myself for not being able to get the moves right this time--I was huffing and puffing and sweating it out anyways, so it's all good! Will be coming back to this one until I get all the moves down!

This was awesome! fantastic cardio and ~3500 steps! I'm not great on footwork but the repetitions helped a lot. Was super efficient a workout and will do this video again and again.

I always reached a point in these exercises where i was just flapping around jumping left and right without any direction or rhythm because I constantly go lost

just perfect cardio!!! It's so cool, that this is not just usual cardio workout you should do for special muscels but this ist real dance with such a great routine. It's not boring in any way and gives me motivation to do sport every day. I also like the musik.. it's very important.. tried to do Tracy Anderson cardio.. but her routine is so boring and i did not like the musik at all, so my motivation vanished after second time. I also like, that the moves in this video are not so easy, so there are potential to improve my coordination! PLEASE MORE CARDIO LIKE THAT!!!

I am sooo glad I found this because this video both has positive energy and great modifications! I cannot jump because of medical conditions but still wanted to do a cardio dance workout, and other workouts had jumps(

First time doing this workout tonight loved it the only thing I’d have to do this a few times Amanda was going to fast to keep up. I do a lot of cardio with this workout I had no co ordination and got confused my left and right

I couldn't keep up with most of the dancing but the arm/shoulder section -woooooooo!!! My body needed that!

Thanks for a great workout! Although not too difficult-the moves are changing fast-since we are not behind you looking in the same mirror-saying the opposite right and left would really help. As we are seeing right and left opposite. I forget and do the leg shouted out-and end up in a muddle. Still fun!! :)

This is so hard for the ones like me with no rhythm :( I felt lost throughout the majority. I loved the energy and the moves but a little extra time or a slower tutorial on the side would have been very helpful

I couldn't last 5 mins and I really tried. I figured I'll try a dance video since I'm just starting to workout again but I couldn't hang with all those changes. As soon as I got the move down, she switch to another one. Good thing there are tons of great videos to choose from. Peace
