Me today: I'm tired, let me see if I can make it through this workout. Lindsay: meet my friend Kadie, she's basically superwoman, 4 months postpartum and has 3 little ones. Me: Grabs shoes runs 10 miles while flogging myself for laziness and comes back for workout to show everyone I can do it too!!
20 mile hike, 1558 ft elevation gain, muddy start, thunderstorm end… for the last 5 miles I heard Lindsey say “you can do hard things,” and “what would it look like if I said 1 mile left?” It got me through! I’m gonna do it again!!!! Thank you for helping me get there!!!❤
I'm a mom of 5 teenagers and am nearing 50 and needed to move out of my gym group aerobics classes and do more heavy strength workouts but I love a good class environment so finding you and Rach feels like I'm in a class but reaching my goals of wanting to lift heavier weights too! Love your positive attitude and encouragement!
My first NML workout was the 45 minute Arms and Abs back in 2020. This is still my favorite all time workout because it provides a focused upper body workout. Thanks for the workout.

A very big THANK YOU from a mom of 4! I found your RU-vid channel 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my second one. And now with 4 little ones and also homeschooling two of my children, you encourage me to show up no matter what! No excuses. And I love when you say if you can do this exercise, there is nothing you can't do 😄 You, talking through the exercises is what has hooked me up to this channel😄 God bless you always and gives you the strength you need!

I officially love the new move of Kneeling Hip and Dumbbell Press + Side-to-Side Rows! One of my new favorite moves! I have definitely realized since joining team NML that I now catch myself at the playground with my daughter trying to incorporate things like lunges and attempt pull ups on the monkey bars. Thank you for all the motivation!

Loved this format and all the new moves! Sadly the hinge-push out confirmed my suspicion of a torn meniscus on my right. Already had my left one cleaned out and currently waiting on MRI for right knee tear and Baker’s cyst on my left 😢 Guess I will be focusing on arms and abs for a bit!❤ So lucky I have ALL the amazing NML workouts to support my continued fitness ❤❤

Wow, this was a great workout! It felt so good, and I loved these moves! I'm 60 yo and have done HIIT workouts for 7 years, and I'm up to 20 lbs weights now! (For some movements) I just recently found your channel, which I'm so happy about! Love it, love you and your guests. Keep up your amazing work! 💪🏻😀💕
I love this. These move that focus on balance and coordination are great not only for your muscles but for your brain! Your brain NEEDS move moves like this. Such a well rounded workout!!!

Had a few minutes before starting dinner so I gave this one a shot! I must say what a great workout/format with some fun new moves! Shout out to Katie doing such a great job. I was there years ago with 3 littles, 3yrs and under not sure I'd be able to do this back then.

Absolutely loved this one! Heart rate high entire time and felt like abs working on every single move, not just the ab moves! Also moved up to using 25lbs on curl press and lateral lunge reverse lunge moves!
First time doing this workout and I have to say it's perfect for those days that you don't have much drive to exercise. Fun moves, short work intervals and a bit of everything so that you don't die but you do get a solid routine. Loved it!
Hi!! Loved this workout and I challenged myself!! Thank you for all your support! I started with Metcom in January and I’ve been with you every week since. My daughter just got married over Memorial Day weekend and I wanted to lose weight and build muscle to rock my Mom of the Bride dress!! I felt strong and confident in that dress thanks to these awesome workouts! (Also wanted to mention I’m 59!)
This was one of my favorite workouts! I love all the creative functional moves. With a 3.5 yr old and 2 yr old, only time to work out is in the 5 o'clock hour and I set my computer up with one of your videos the night before so I am ready to go in the morning. LOVE them. I should mention I was a personal trainer in the past and my husband owns a gym lol. You guys are awesome!
Holy bananas,was my 2nd time doing this awesome workout and I stuck with 25s the whole way,except for the 3chests+1skull crusher,just grabbed the 20s,felt so good on a Monday morning!! Way to go team, loving it!! 💪🏻

I spent Sunday night searching for my Monday morning workout and didn’t find it, and then woke up this morning and found this gem! I added an additional set to each circuit because I was feeling fresh after a Sunday rest day, and HOLY BANANAS the sweat was pouring and it made my day.
Loved the new moves in this workout and this is my kind of SPA day, cheaper and convenient! 😂. Keep the great workouts and variety coming!! Love it!!!❤

I really enjoyed this workout and format! I did this with my toddler and when we did the Prisoner Get Up + Single Leg Bound he said touch the ceiling momma! So I had some real encouragement to put my best effort into that power move ❤️
Good Morning NML team. Loved the new format & new moves. I usually alternate between 10 & 15# weights, decided I would try & use my 15’s for the whole workout. The intervals were quick so that helped but the skull crushers made me second guess my choice of weights. BTW, I’m a 65 year old grandmother of 5 and have been following you for 4 years. Thanks for encouraging us to lift heavier weights & for you new and exciting content.💪🏻👍
My favorite NML saying is when Lindsey sang, “we’re gonna get through this, we’re gonna get throoough this!” during an intense move (don’t remember which workout it was). I hear that voice sometimes when I’m doing hard things and it’s so helpful 💓💪
Great workout! I am impressed by Katie with 3 under 3 and 4 months postpartum wowza! My favorite moves were the lateral push, dumbbell squat, and clean and the single leg deadlift, farmer hold.
