I really have never tried the king pigeon pose before. But I did do this flow this morning and even though on my left side (with the strap) I was definitely far off, with my right side I could feel my toes with my fingertips! I'm going to try and incorporate this one in my practice more and hopefully progress with it. Thank you for this!

Lesley, how you cram so much of an awesome, relaxing workout into a half hour is beyond me, but thank you for sharing your wisdom. If you happen to have any flows that help those, such as myself, who are a little balance challenged, I would love to see it! Shalom

for all of you saying this is too fast, you should look at the beginner videos and master those first before even looking at the inermediate videos. great channel and videos lesley, thanks :)

Thank you so much for this class! I've done it before but just had to comment today. I tried a different instructor's class earlier and I could not get into her style at all. I was feeling flustered and upset with myself at first for not keeping up, but then I thought, "Hey, maybe this instructor just isn't for me. But you know who *is*? Why, Mrs. Lesley Fightmaster, of course!". So I moseyed on over to your channel and just happened to choose this particular flow today. Thank you, thank you for lifting my mood!

another wonderful flow! it was truly amazing! i found myself struggling thru this as i have not been practicing lately like i typically do. trying to keep my concentration and not get frustrated with myself. there may have been many pauses and rests but then i got into "mer-person" pose for the first time ever. i truly love this practice.

I really love the idea of a class that works up to a pose, like this one! I only wish this class was a little bit longer, to build up heat at the beginning to get into some of those stretchier poses. The different variations will really help to get me there eventually.

this is great! it cost me so much physical effort, but it was worth it, and a good one - how do you make complicated things be so simple!??? Maybe that is the magic of yoga... Applied to yoga itself! I had failed to do king pigeon with other tutorials, and here I could (with the strap), with your wisdom, and with your whole flow.

A easily routine for that time of month would be great! I tried that video for afternoon relax but doesn't helped that much. More arm balances videos would be great too! Like flying crow, Peacock, flying pigeon, etc. Love your classes, Leslie!! Peace

Really nice class (as always). A perfect break in the middle of a busy day. Was nearly able to grab my foot, my hips are superopen so the problem is my back. But soon:)!

:) Wonderful class as always, thank you so much! I have always thought about myself as a quite bendy person, but this class proved to me that I might need to purchase a yoga strap :) :) :) Great class, this was my addition after day 40 of yoga fix 90, uhh, that was challenging on my legs! :) I am greatful to you Lesley for a new me :)

This is nice but I feel it could be slower allowing for just a few more seconds of holding in each posture.

Hey Lesley. First off, I love your classes. I had a great practice in the USA and when I moved to Brazil 2 months ago, it was hard to find a class as community driven and challenging as in NJ. And your classes have kept me with my routine and I thank you for that. This particular class is one of my favorites; juicy hip openers and back bends to energize. However, I find the morning after I practice King Pigeon my back is a bit sore. Do you have any recommendations as to any restorative poses or even session I could do to help with this? Thank you!

I enjoyed the class, but could you make another that's not so fast. King pigeon takes me awhile to get into the pose. But I do feel opened up alto. Thank you.

I LOVE this class so much, thank you! When I am doing hip opening, I often feel some sort of confusedness as well as lot of heat, is a sign of emotionnal relief ? I am a very emotionnal person, but I restaint a lot, even if I am very anxious I don't really feel it until it becomes extrem. I don't really know how to let emotions flow. :/

Thank you Lesley! Once again an amazing class :) I love practicing king pigeon pose, so this class was perfect! The only thing is that lately ive been getting frustrated because I feel no matter how much or how often i practice yoga and although i feel im improving generally, but my flexibility seems to be progressing so slowly.. :( Do you think you could do a flexibility sequence that if i do it everyday it will help me with my yoga? Namaste!

I'm a bodybuilder and find it difficult to grab my elbows and/or my hands behind my back. Are they any other poses that would help lengthen my shoulders or it impossible for someone with a large upper body to do so?

In Shalabhasana my mons veneris hurts that I can't remain in this pose. Do I do something wrong?

Lesley - I am struggling with how to balance in order to reach over my head to grab my foot. Is it core balance or do I need to stretch my sartorial and hamstrings further? I have been diligently practicing yin to achieve greater flexibility in my legs and hips but it's such a slow process!

I am a fan but this one was needs a bit more warm up and a slower pace to get to the kind of opening that King Pigeon requires.
