This was the best workout I’ve had in a long time. It was powerful, energizing, challenging and peaceful all at the same time. I am a stay at home mom, and I hold so much stress within myself. Not enough people tell each other that they are great, and when Marnie said those thoughtful words at the end of the yoga part I literally burst into tears. I probably sound totally dramatic, but this workout really helped me feel good physically and mentally!
I am a working mom and think stay at home moms are amazing! You have the hardest job on the planet and you are doing a great job....keep taking care of yourself and stay blessed mama! I don't think your post sounds dramatic btw, sounds honest and lovely!

Never one to comment. But I've done this workout about 20 times now and it still burns like crazy. One of my all time favourites. Please bring this instructor back with more barre!
With my Barre gym closed due to the coronovirus, I was a little stressed about getting my workout in. I'm grateful to have found this video and was pleasantly surprised at how challenging it is. Thanks to Marnie and POPSugar, I still have a way to keep my body strong and my mind in the right mindset. With grace, gratitude and greatness, I will continue keep coming back to this video as a way to start my day.

Have done this one several times now and I'm still loving it! I love that I don't need to clear a lot of space in the living room and that I can have bare feet 😂 I also think it's structured very well, and I'm sweating and groaning already two minutes in, but somehow I manage to get all the way through, feeling strong and fulfilling the whole time. I'm grateful that I can also work on my balance and flexibility, while sweating buckets - I always feel amazing afterwards ❤️ Thank you for helping me getting healthier ❤️

Each morning comes, and I swear I'm going to do a different workout video, but I just keep coming back to this one...2 years ago, as a 21 yo, I had major spine surgery performed on my back after falling off a tree, almost paralyzed. Since then, every muscle in my body is always so tight. There wasn't a day that would go by where I wasn't uncomfortable. MY hamstrings were rock hard, back stiff as a board, and there was just overall tightness in my body. Since doing this workout for 4 days straight...with tears in my eyes, I can say that I've been able to touch my fingers to the floor. I'm beginning to feel loose, flexible, and strong...truly the best workout ever.

I love that there are multiple skill levels addressed in this video. If you feel like doing the more advanced moves you can or it shows you an alternative way to do the move that is more beginner or less impact. The video has great energy.
At first I was sceptical about doing this workout but this was one of re best sculpting workout I have ever done. it was upbeat, challenging and relaxing for the stretch series. Great workout to the trainer

This made me feel better. I suffer from the blues sometimes, and this totally cured it. I can feel muscles that have been activated inside my body/core. Feels very positive and happy.
This workout is one of the most impactful workouts I’ve done!! Marnie Alton leaves you feeling so powerful and awake both in body and mind. She’s extremely motivating and knowledgeable which helped me get over urge to stop or take breaks during workouts. I can’t recommend this enough. Also her instagram is great for daily motivation and extra exercises!😊
Today i was looking for a workout different from what i usually do. Used to do yoga for years but then had a rotator cuff surgery and ever since, yoga is no longer an option as i´m recovering, today i tried this...loved it. Omg it was amazing. Gentle on my shoulder, and got to workout the full body. Thank you for this.
I'm new to this channel and this workout, but I love it. I have lost a significant amount of weight doing barre. Marnie's routines are the best. I usually do this one or her 45 Minute barre. I'm starting to see muscles come through that I have never seen before. I hope to see more work from her on this channel!!!

Oh this had me in tears at the end, but only because I've finally found a workout that can support my back (herniated discs). So many ab workouts and workouts in general inflame my back but Marnie's instruction to tilt hips up while working abs was like a lightbulb moment that has truly made al the difference. I'm so grateful x

First time doing this type of workout. Thought I'd mix things up a bit. It really works you out in a different way. I am just glad I had already prepped my body with hiit training and have done some yoga and ballet conditioning on and off, this meant I could do most of it without having to modify. Think I am going to really feel it tomorrow now!! ❤❤❤
This is one of those trick workouts, where you don't realize how much your body is actually burning! Perfect since I'm on my period and have no desire to move my body at all 🤣 Thank you, and may the Lord Jesus bless you and keep you 🙏

This is a great workout for someone like me sitting in front of the computer many hours a day! I’m wondering how my body would change after I do this workout everyday for a whole month.
I absolutely love this. I've used to be a dancer but had to quit due to school; it's been 7 years and I'm now missing dance but also am easing back into staying active. I didn't know how to incorporate dance elements in my workouts, so this is perfect! Love that Marnie is a fellow Albertan

I absolutely love this workout! I`m tired of the same old routine of lunges, squats, crunches, and planks that every workout video has. This is so much better. I live in a small apartment without a living room, but I can do this workout easily in my bedroom.

Thank you for this video, for me it is the best video that you can do at home without any equipment, I am adding light dumbbells to a squat session though, it is great for my quarantine transformation, doing 3 times a week for around 2 months and I feel great, I am adding some yoga here and there.
I live in a tiny house in a forest with very limited workout options in the area, so I've been doing increasingly more online workouts. This workout is SO effective! I keep coming back to it. Makes me feel strong, sculpted and energized every time. This is the closest thing to Barre3 (my favorite!) I've found without paying for their online subscription. p.s. If anyone has suggestions for similar workouts, please do tell!
Great workout -- I was pleasantly surprised by the level of intensity I reached. I am pretty fit. I enjoyed this workout and will definitely keep it in my rotation!
jesus christ this was a deceivingly difficult workout! i could barely finish the cardio and leg circuit! but once i got to the yoga part i got a little better. i'm trying to get back into working out because i used to be a full time athlete but i gained a lot of weight in college and in the near three years since so high impact workouts like BBG and insanity were NOT happening. this was perfect for me and i loved marnie's encouragement. 10/10 would try again!
I've never tried this type of workout, but saw it and decided to do it on the day after Christmas. Just trying not to be in a funk because it's been a year since we my two children and I lost our home🏡 in 2020 because of the pandemic, and I really wanted to have us another home by now and get out of this cheap motel, which is all I can afford right now. I was hoping to sell my handmade handbags on the side to help with that but many people cater more to luxury brands. I'm not giving up but it's just frustrating to not get us our own home🏡 again right now. Anyway, I enjoyed this workout since it doesn't require a lot of space and it helped me to relieve some stress. I tried this workout awhile ago when I first started working out and was sore for days! Trying it again since I’m much stronger. Crossing my fingers I’ll be less sore 🤞🏼
